The last 4 times I’ve ordered from this Dunkin they’ve sent the wrong number of donuts ordered and even the ones delivered aren’t the correct ones. It is unacceptable to charge me for 4 donuts when they delivered 2 and they were WRONG to begin with!

Unfortunately, they were running out of the donuts we wanted most. They are having to close early because of staffing issues. That probably makes it hard to justify making an excess of donuts.
Drive thru got my order wrong. Politely went inside and explained the situation with my receipt (order was not even touched yet) and the person at the front tried catching an attitude and refusing to correct the order. Typical Candler.

I've NEVERRR TASTED MORE STALE DONUTS!!!!! And the customer service is horrible, but that's part for this area. 35 yrs, lived in 5 major cities and never experienced anything as bad as Asheville NC. BTW, THE HRS PPSTED ON GOOGLE ARE NOT THE HRS THEYRE OPEN!!! GOOD

Great except for one important thing. I was eating in and was not given a receipt or had anyway of knowing the order number so it became a feeding frenzy at pickup. Hope I didn't take someone elses food.
