We had high hopes since all of the reviews were great. The service was good, friendly. There was barely any flavor to any of the dishes. We asked for spicier sauce and was given a green sauce that just tasted of hot raw onion with just a bit of char. The food was just all very bland. The beef on top of the Tamales would have been better suited as chili on a hotdog.

The food was quickly prepared and as good as tex-mex gets. Hot foods were served on heated plates which is a nice touch you don't get at many other Mexican restaurants.
The French fries with chorizo, meat, and cheese is a meal for 2 by itself. Seriously, you could order this and 2 teas and be out about $20. Folks are very nice and food arrived quickly. Don't overlook this

The Jumbo Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla, ACP Wrap, and Chimichangas are all very good and the wait staff is excellent.
If you are traveling on I-40 near Asheville and looking for Mexican food, look no further, this is the place. Just off the exit, GREAT food, clean, very attentive staff and priced to afford. I am a local and we eat there a lot because it is consistent!Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly!
I have been coming to this place for more years than I can remember, one thing never changes and it’s how good the service is!No matter how packed you get seated almost immediately. The food is always delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who hasn’t been here already
