Sent us the wrong entrees after we waited an hour for the food delivery. Manager wasn’t friendly about it when we called to inform them of the issue. DoorDash refunded the food we didn’t receive, so we’re thankful for that. But sending the totally wrong stuff and then refusing to even apologize? Crazy.

Carrots cake and pecan pancake was amazing!! Not too sweet. Scrambled eggs with feta is my new favorite way to eat eggs. Definitely a must try. Our waitress, Kelly, was lovely and sweet. Very personable and helpful.

I was disappointed in the amount & taste of the food I ordered. The half sandwich was tiny and the cup of soup (tomato basil) was ok.

The phone etiquette at this location is deeply concerning. Despite a clear misunderstanding, the response of "this is above my pay grade" was dismissive. I reserved a spot on the waitlist , and the wrong number provided by first watch website complicated matters. The lady who answered the phone was not only rude but also quick to assume. Basic courtesy dictates clarifying the location first. Even after the misunderstanding was explained, her continued rudeness was unwarranted. I wasn't seeking a solution, just trying to communicate why the wrong number was given. Y’all just need to update your website that’s all.

Sub-par. Service AND food. Seems to be a tourist trap. You are better off going to Waffle House.

I tried to go here once, but it was too busy. I was able to go on another visit, and I had to park very far away from the restaurant. This is to be expected in Biltmore Village, though. So that’s not something I can blame them for. Also, huge parking lots make towns/cities look so ugly. On my second visit, I checked in online and they had my table ready. I got the farmhouse bowl and a slice of French toast. The farmhouse bowl had way too much potato in it. I did have it delivered one time though and they have what is called “ million dollar bacon“. This is some of the best bacon I’ve ever had.

I went here because there's a review here saying they have "tons" of vegan options, but there are absolutely none! Nice place, friendly staff, but zero vegan options on the menu, and nothing you can modify for it to really be worth getting.

I worked for this brand for many years, and I still enjoy dining at First Watch Cafe's a few times a year, especially when I travel. The service at this location is a little slow, but overall my experience here has been great. If you don't like hollandaise, order the Vera Cuz sauce on the

I thought that the food was pretty good. The skillet hash was on point. The price point was also really good!Unfortunately, the atmosphere was drowned out by the loud screeching noise of equipment in the kitchen. If the music had been turned up more it may have helped, but wow it was pretty awful.
