Editing my old review- I am so glad I gave Foggy mountain another chance.After having terribly rude service my first time in, I went a year later and have been back multiple times. Every time since the service has been wonderful. The drinks are great and the food is yummy. It's all very affordable as well.I wanted to make sure I changed this review. It was a terrible first experience, but Foggy mountain has proved that it was a one-off. This place is awesome!

Excellent food, laid back atmosphere, great location but just off the main drag so you won’t find it packed with tourists. One of my fave spots in Asheville!

Had Ryan, Max, and Danny as bartenders, all were amazing with service. Awesome time. Had the mushroom swiss burger and the turkey sandwich, both excellent. Highly recommend for a lunch or dinner while you're hopping around downtown

Stars are based on the food - this place is open later than most which was a plus but the food was so so. It was late and we wanted a late night snack - I got the Mac and cheese which was spicy (and it wasn't listed as spicy on the menu) and my hubby got the wings which were alright.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating of out large group. The food is delicious with a variety of options on their menu. Great beverage choices including multiple local craft beers.

A great spot in downtown Asheville to grab a beer and some delicious food. They have a nice patio out back and a decent amount of seating inside. They have a lot of pub food as well as Sandwiches, etc. I definitely recommend!

One of the best Ruebens I've ever had. Good beer selection. Nice cozy environment. Bathrooms probably need a little work.
