The best hibachi in the Biltmore area hands down 10 Stars. Service is always amazing and the food is always top notch. I had the fillet and chicken combo hibachi plate with extra yum yum. ???
I came to eat Monday afternoon and I had a pleasant experience. Kacey was very efficient at her job. Got us taken care of when we came in and the food was great. The service was great as well. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in town!

The food was excellent! We got filet mignon and chicken hibachi, and several sushi rolls but the crispy sushi roll was to die for! Downsides...the miso soup was cold, my salad was severely water logged, and the waitress wrote several items wrong on our ticket ($300 worth of sushi and the wrong entrees). These things did not ruin the overall experience though and we were able to get them straightened out. Her service was still good and attentive and our chef was very entertaining! I would definitely eat there again! Thanks Ichiban!
Wonderful wait and cooking staffs. Always a pleasure to see the food being cooked in front of you. Celebrated both of sons 18th birthdays here!

Probably the best Japanese steakhouse I've been to...the only suggestion is you need to add the mustard sauce to your menu.... food is great staff wonderful. Price a really nice surprise...way less than all the others.

Atmosphere might have been better had we not had 21 people in our party. Not the fault of the house...was a rowdy crew!!Dietary restrictions: This place has offerings for any picky person in your party. Can HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
I really enjoyed taking my husband here for his birthday. We had reservations for a hibachi table and were seated with another birthday party. I enjoyed chicken & shrimp, while my husband ordered the Imperial Filet Mignon, which also comes with shrimp & chicken. I must say that the Imperial does not increase your portion size. That said, I am grateful to report that even in a post-Covid inflationary world the prices at this restaurant are still reasonable. Staff were very friendly & the food and show were top notch. My only complaint is that we had reservations & still waited over 15 minutes in very tight quarters in the bar area.
