The paying of the check was on a iPad terminal and all the the orders were wrong. The staff printed the right checks and made us use the iPad for payment. Insane.

Steaks were very good. It was a nice quiet meal with a relaxing atmosphere. Our server was very good to us.

We arrived at 7:30 on a Saturday with 5 adults a 3 year old and a baby. We were told they could not serve us because the bartender/manager does not serve big parties. The restaurant was almost empty with the exception of a few tables. 2nd time this has happened at a chili's in the Asheville area since September.

I’ve gotten wings delivered from this place twice and the first two times they were delivered in styrofoam they were great. Fries were always soggy and meh but the wings were worth it so it was okay. This time however the wings came in plastic Tupperware containers and were nearly inedible. More gristle and fat than chicken, absolutely disgusting, couldn’t even get through half. So let down to lose the only wing place that would deliver to me.
We've ordered twice and the wings were great! We prefer the dry rubs to thier sauced wings. They go a little heavy on the sauce. The flavors are really good.There was a divider separating the wings from the fries. The fries, suck though. Soggy and cold,both times we've ordered. My complaint isn't really a complaint, but some of our wings were HUGE. It's worth the money, just don't expect much out of the fries.

My wife and I had 45.00 in gift cards to use and a reward for a free drink. Here is what happened. The server a male came to our table shortly after 11 am. We placed our order. I told him we had a reward for a free drink. He said don’t worry about it that he would take care of it. The food was okay but the tea was weak watery. We received the amount owed 40.00 and change. I believe 40.80. In addition to the 45.00 in gift card we added a 5.00 tip which means he got 9.20 tip. Well after collecting everything, I noticed a charge for the free drink. So we got charged extra. I said something about it. A lady said that he would take care of it. What upsets me is that he probably ended with almost a 13.00 tip and the service wasn’t that good. My wife and I have never ate at a chilis. This still bothers me.

What an experience at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night. This was a subpar Chili's. Our server was great, but she was covering the ENTIRE restaurant, including the bar. The host was less than enthusiastic and not very welcoming. There was a server/food runner eating a bag of chips behind the bar. There were also personal items (a backpack and water bottle) sitting on the bar. Not great for optics or food safety. Someone from the kitchen came out to watch a college football game. Overall, will not be returning. Food was OK as I did not get food poisoning.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "PLACE." I ordered $300 worth of food to feed 20+ people, had the receipt, everything seemed normal. Went to pick it up and they claimed to have no record whatsoever of the order having been placed, despite me having an email confirmation, credit card charge, etc. Finally got someone on the phone at "It's Just Wings," which was a number in Texas, who could only refer me to Doordash customer support, which once again gave me the runaround and absolutely zero help. Ended up having to feed everyone Little Caesars and my only option now is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.I repeat...DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT THIS PLACE. THEY'LL LIKELY JUST KEEP IT AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN.
