Normally, I don’t write reviews as I work in the service industry…Employees were impatient with a horrible attitude. Couldn’t even get two words out without a huff and puff like geez. Two guys treated me with disrespect as I was there, then a woman came into the mix to tellme my sandwich’s were ready. I left feeling weird about the whole situation.

We needed last minute catering for 45 baseball players and coaches and they stepped up 2 days in a row when every other place said give us 24hrs notice. Great job to that Hendersonville team!!

I live less than 15 minutes from jimmy John's. Why can't I get delivery through Doordash? I can get places 30 minutes away. Your sandwiches aren't that perishable!

Why do they ask if you had an online order the very second you walk through the door? What signals do you give off that you had an online order by simply walking in? Got in line for a refill and an employee in the back came out and cut right in front of me. I don't feel bad about not leaving a tip for the rude imbeciles.

There was a cute employee with green hair who was incredible. I felt valued, & received a great sandwich. Store was clean, & wait time highly reasonable.
Had a larger order placed several weeks ago to be ready by lunch time to feed a wedding party. If we weren’t there to pick it up it would have never gotten made. Had to wait 50 minutes past the time it was suppose to be ready. They confirmed our order and time it was suppose to be ready on there end, but hadn’t started on it… The workers attitudes towards other customers in the store was also not what I would consider to be friendly or “freaky fast” by any means. They told me they would give discounts/vouchers to the account that the order was placed on. I’m hoping they at least try to make it right. Terrible service and extreme confusion by the staff. It was obvious that better leadership would be ideal here.

The dinning room was clean, staff friendly, but that's about it. The size of the sandwich was laughably small. Taste ok but was too expensive. I won't be back. There's too many other Sub choices out there.
