The Manager and staff were great.I pre ordered 32 Chicken pot pies for my mothers 90th birthday for the residence and staff at her assisted living facility.This KFC opens at 11:00, but I had to pick them up at 11:30 to make the designated lunch time.This wonders manager & team came in early had prepared all of them and even a vegetarian one. They were hot and ready for me to pick up at 11:30.They went above and beyond with customer service.This means a lot in the world we live in now. Thanks again Brenda and team players.

I was doing a doordash pickup and the poor guys working were taking a lot of hate from customers. They were understaffed so one guy was doing drive through and register orders. A guy yelled at him and said his service was terrible. One of the guys working offered me water as I waited for them to finish the food I was picking up. The people working here deserve a living wage for what they put up with and for being understaffed. People should be grateful for the work they do. Fast food service is a rough job.

Tried to order an 8 piece extra crispy. Didn't have enough so I agreed to legs being regular. 15 minutes of waiting and the guy that took my order comes out and asks what I'm waiting for. 10 minutes later I get the food. The breading on the chicken was mush. Worst fried chicken I've ever had. I guess they don't ever say real mashed potatoes but I doubt there's any potatoes in the garbage side I got. Never going to go here again.

I ordered an eight-piece nugget dinner (2 sides) and when I got home there were only five nuggets in the box. Also, no eating utensils or napkins. It appears that the staff has totally changed and I was hoping this would be an improvement but it doesn't appear so. We should not have to sit at the drive-thru window and verify each item in the bag is what we actually ordered. If service people want to be paid $13, $15 an hour then they need to provide the the service– in other words, earn your salary!

Just not up to par. The french fries and coleslaw very good it's a chicken and biscuit or just not good. I might have been old put the flavor for the chicken itself really wasn't edible

I miss the buffet with grilled chicken. I don't think they have the grilled chicken anymore either. But the fried chicken is pretty good too.
