Always great at Kilwin's! They are great about letting you sample. The associates are great about answering questions. We have visited several locations and this one was a little smaller but still had a great selection. Got fudge for later!

After spending $40 on dessert (and even tipping which I would never do again) my family and I walked outside to rain so we stood under the front doorway that had rain coverage just for a moment to gather our things and was asked by the rude employee behind the cash register to remove ourselves from doorway as it was a fire hazard. What ethical employee would ask a paying customer in the rain to move away from doorway as they clearly see them trying to get shelter in the cold rainy weather? RUDE! Won’t be back!!
Nice selection of fudge and gourmet chocolate. My only complaint is that I found the chocolates to be more on the sweeter side.

Love this place. The staff were helpful. Smells like chocolate heaven. Just like any other good Kilwins store. They do have ice cream at this location too! Highly recommend this location.

Bad service, good (not great) chocolate. Seems there are challenges in training staff in just saying hello. The staff had bad energy and I was a bit reluctant to buy anything. I did have the dark chocolate peanut butter cup. Good chocolate, too much peanut butter. Based on the negative energy from the staff, I will be going elsewhere in the future.
Really wonderful selection of delicious confectionary with friendly staff. Prices are a little higher but its due to the good quality and wide selection of produce. Their fudge is very tasty and their selection boxes of chocolate make great gifts.
