This place was IT when they had the afternoon tea. Easily the best afternoon tea I have EVER had and for whatever terrible reason, they took it away after Covid. Views are beautiful, and that must be what you're paying for because the food and drinks are okay. I got a black balm sangria and for some reason there were more bubbles in it than I think should ever be in a sangria. Especially at a winery. I was really excited about the flavors that were in that drink, but I could hardly taste any of it through the burning bubbles in my nose. I would not recommend that drink. The other drink I got was the same. It was $30 and it tasted like Woodford reserve with a spritz of orange. It apparently was supposed to have espresso liqueur, which I could not taste at all. So the drinks are a hard pass for me. Sliders were okay, and certainly over priced. The Short Rib Frites are literally the only thing worth mentioning. Those were AMAZING. Finally, something worth the price point. The meat was so tender, and the hollandaise sauce that was served on the side, was amazing. Which, they don't even talk about the hollandaise sauce on the menu, so we weren't going to get it until our server mentioned it. But wow. That was a great dish. I don't even like fries but those were wonderful.Would have been 1 star for overpriced nonsense, but dang, those Short Rib Frites were it!

Sitting outside on the patio with the view of the sun setting on the mountains with a meal & drinks- best part of our 3 days at Biltmore! Our server, Ian was phenomenal. A perfect stop for our anniversary.

We had a full morning of sightseeing and needed a bite to tied us over until our dinner reservations that night. We chose to have a light snack in the Library Lounge. My Honey and I split an order of Lobster Roll and Short Rib Sliders. There were two of each and light enough to not ruin our appetite for dinner. They have live entertainment here every night. Our first night they had someone playing the piano, the afternoon we stopped in for a snack they had a young man on acoustic guitar. Both were very talented and enthusiastic. The views of the surrounding mountains were amazing and the food was very Delicious. Our server was very friendly, helpful on our selections and provided impeccable service. We enjoyed our experience in the Library Lounge very much. The atmosphere was very comfortable and delightful.

Very nice experience. Better than having dinner in the restaurant. Casual and normal prices.

In the lobby of The Inn.Very welcoming atmosphere and daily live music every evening. The food is good ( not as diverse as a restaurant would be ) , and the drinks are awesome and carefully crafted .The service is excellent and the price is decent

Before I rattle on with the wonderful libations and that heavenly gateau I would like to mention our server Rudy for the fine recommendations. He was part sommelier, part patisserie expert in helping us choose the drinks and dessert that complement and matches our tastes! Amazing service experience! The drinks were so delicious that I savored and swirled every sip! Every bite of the gateau was a luxurious decadent mouthful! The atmosphere- it's the Biltmore. The views outside and the interior are just world class!A's all around! I will come back!

My husband and I are staying at the hotel. We ordered the carrots, sliders and flatbread. The flatbread was really good, sliders were fine and the carrots were really mushy and poorly flavored. The service was friendly but a little slow.

After arriving late at the Inn on our first night, we opted for food at the Library Lounge due to a complete lack of any other casual outlet in the hotel. Since that's all there is, the menu is extremely limited, especially with a full kitchen downstairs. We had the Brussel sprouts & sliders which were very good. The chef's treat for dessert were awful--dry tasteless cookies, etc. (Baked goods seems to be a real problem for all the food outlets on the estate--the breakfast ones were stale & dry.) The service was good. The entertainment is nice, if a bit loud & the lobby couches definitely need replacing (like sitting on the floor). It is also very cold.

Needed a quick bite and a drink the first night we were at the Biltmore. Our waiter/bartender was Ian I believe. I hope I got the spelling right. Anyway, his knowledge of wine and the drinks we purchased was first class. Very knowledgeable of what went into the drink and the service was first rate as well. Food was very good. Well done.

Beautiful ambiance and the evening pianist/singer was very talented. More servers are needed as the wait time was very long.

Fabulous food, great staff, stunning setting. Too bad the rest of the Biltmore experience as an annual pass holder this year has been DREADFUL.

Super place to dine and enjoy a glass of Biltmore Wine. Staff are all very friendly and we enjoyed being able to step out of the heat.
