Superb customer service I've ever gotten the entire year. I was really shocked how outstanding the service was, today was my son's birthday. Ronlando, the manager, and his staff demonstrated efficiency, leadership, dedication, and communication. Their warm hospitality is the reason I go out to eat; they were so polite when they seated and welcomed us, making everyone feel completely at home.He assisted my disabled sister with her seat, then followed up to make sure everything was alright.Whenever I had any concerns or questions , I valued being acknowledged and taken seriously. The food was great and really fresh. They then came out and began singing "Happy Birthday to my son in the end." I had a great experience , and I will be returning soon.

My sister and I dined @ the Tunnel Rd. location, on Friday, March 15, around 8:30pm.The restaurant was full, yet we received top notch service! We were beyond pleased with our server, Brandi. Brandi was welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive to our every need, from the beginning to the very end of our dining experience. If I could give Brandi more than 5 stars, I would!! We will be requesting her as our server from now on!
