It’s definitely very mellow at the mellow mushroom .Server was very nice .I had a Greek salad with grilled chicken . The chicken was cooked perfectly except it had way too much salt on it . The salad was fair otherwise.The pizza was the real highlight . Crust was so perfect . Was the best pizza crust I ever had.

They handled my delivery order with a level of professionalism that I deem as a good example for businesses all around the Asheville area. I was not aware they did deliveries through a third party app (Door-Dash) and it took a little longer than usual to find a driver. However, the person at the phone in the evening let Ian, the manager, know about the situation. He then called DoorDash support, was on the phone with them for a little while, and was able to get them to assign a new driver. He even did me a favor by refunding some of the money I spent on the order. When the food arrived, it was still fresh! Inconveniences happen and they're a part of life, but how a restaurant handles things to go above and beyond for the customer shows, and it pays off in the long run. I have a newfound respect for this restaurant. I have always liked and enjoyed Mellow Mushroom, and now I have more of a reason to!

I have been to other locations but this one gave me the kind of pizza Portnoy seems to like. Great crust, great sauce. It's not always like that at other locations. Good on you Asheville.
Had a pretty rude waitress but the food and quickness of service made up for it - other wait staff were very polite! Also pet friendly for outside seating.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan substitutes that are delicious!Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for dietary restrictions, gluten free options, dairy free and vegan.Parking: Had to park in a paid parking lot on the same street. Prices weren't as bad as some lots - around 6 dollars an hourKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly in atmosphere and in the menu!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp entrance and wheel chair accessible bathroom stall, and accomadating seating at some tables
