We ordered the General Tso's, Mongolian Beef, Thai Basil Chicken, and built our own ramen. It was all phenomenal. All the food arrived freshly cooked, which did cause the food to come out at different times, but the food was so good; that detail didn't bother us. The General Tso's is labeled spicy, but it wasn't so spicy that the person who got it--that can't handle too much heat--still enjoyed it. Building your own ramen bowl can be a little overwhelming, but they give options that will work together no matter what you choose! We will definitely be coming back here!

Their ramen is great! Have had it both dine in and take out and haven’t been disappointed. For take out they have a container that separates the noodles/toppings from the broth so they don’t get soggy.Minus one star for the poke, I would recommend sticking to the ramen and stir fry dishes here. It was okay, but I thought the portion of fish was small and the rice wasn’t the best.

Delicious!! The pork belly in the spicy tonkotsu ramen was absolutely amazing as well as the soft boiled egg, and the broth was perfectly spicy and seasoned. Will definitely be back!

Any time a non-American restaurant is connected to a grocery store, is a good sign that the food will be good. The food all came out fresh hot and delicious. And the service was quick. The space was clean, bright, and welcoming. I got a ramen, tea, and seaweed salad. It all had the flavors you want when ordering those items. I'll be back!

Without question THE BEST ramen you can get in Asheville and perhaps western NC. This is me and my partners most visited restaurant.The only place I can compare this to is Pho 75 in Arlington VA, but specifically with RAMEN. I have not had this places pho.The takeout is also very well executed for Ramen.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON RAMEN ANYWHERE ELSE. PERIOD.PS- The best soup dumplings I have had ANYWHERE.

Second time - the Ginger Pepper steak was super faty and unpleasent. I'll need to give it a 3rd try to see what's the norm, and what was unusual. (Pork belly buns were excellent both times).
