Rude service and high price. Asked for 2 pretty basic quesadillas and lady up charged me for each ingredient. $28 for 2 pretty basic quesadillas. When I asked about the price she was rude.

Decent spot but they only had two cheap beers on tap and only 2 bottles of Stella left in the fridge. No cash, card only. Seems to be locally owned which is why I came here but just doesn't seem like they have much inventory and are only prolonging the inevitable. Queso is just ok.

Online order mix-up. I did a pickup order for two basic burritos, which meant rice, beans, salsa, guacamole. When I arrived home, I discovered they had forgotten beans--which mean received a wrap with rice and salsa/guac. At this point, I had driven 10 minutes to the store, was halfway through my food, and didn't want to drive back to argue with them over a cold, half-eaten meal. I've eaten at Neo before I felt the face-to-face ordering process was adequate, the food was adequate, but their online ordering process needs work.

Big NO! Quality had truly depleted and found a unpleasant human hair after several bites. I did receive a refund over a over priced, low quality burrito bowl. Never to return.

Delicious salad. Burrito was yummy but a little messy, grab some napkins.

The green burrito was super tasty. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Don't ever order delivery through them directly. They will just leave your food sitting out at room temperature for hours until you come get it yourself. They refused to remake the order or refund the delivery fee when I went to pick it up myself. Their phone is shut off and you cannot call to check status or get information. Terrible experience even getting the food, and when I finally took a (cold) bite, I discovered my burrito was missing items and filled with rice that wasn't fully cooked. I had to throw it out.

Just ordered take-out. I was the only one there and they forgot to put half of my order in the bag. You cannot call them on the phone, it is set to a recording without a way to leave a message. I tried the telephone on the corporate website. No way to contact them there. Finally, I tried another store, they picked up their phone (bonus point), confirmed there is no way to contact them and if i drove by they would give me what was missing.

Terrible experience eating there. They ran out of the correct lettuce and are very stingy with their portions. Everything is extra. Will stick with Moe's. Much much much better. Will never eat there again. Salsa bar gone too!!!

Great food, with real spice. A step up from all the chain burrito places. Lots of outdoor seating on the deck is nice.

Burrito was good and so was the one guy working there the atmosphere was a little weird kind of just thrown together but otherwise a good place

Horrible experience. I ordered online. Paid online. Showed up to pick up our dinner and there was a paper sign on the door saying they were closed. They still took my order, still took my money, website said it would be ready in 15 minutes, but had no intention of actually giving me my food. The guy there cleaning up said that I could come get it tomorrow! Uh, that's not how restaurants work... Looks like I get to spend an hour or so tomorrow filing a dispute with my debit card bank.

Stopped by for a quick meal and did a build your own burrito bowl. Quality of the spicy chicken to the fresh veggies and salsa were great. Can be a bit pricey for what you get compared to other places in town but a good stop none the less.

Neo is dependable. The food is always fresh, made to order. The burritos are the perfect overstuffed Mexicali /American mix.
