Great location! Haven't tried pizza hut in a long time but was pleasantly surprised when I got takeout for lunch. Employees are super friendly, pizza is ready fast, and made really well. I got a pan pizza which was so good!
New hot honey wings are delicious. The teriyaki bone in wings are too!

Online order : someone does not know how to follow directions or just didn’t feel like working. Ordered Buffalo boneless medium they were almost naked hardly any sauce. Extra cheese was not added to pizza. Wrong sauces given. Wasted my money thanks. Only reason 3 stars for service is because it was delivered
Knowing that it is courtesy for you to give a tip is one thing, but for the driver to be demanding in thinking she deserves a tip is another. Also when you pay for service you expect it to be right and after calling numerous times to have the order replaced from boneless wings go pasta and being hung up on several times is crazy. Then once you get someone on the phone and you asked if the order was corrected and get a yes then you expect for your food to be right. Especially after paying almost $50 for it. Not happy with the service I received at this location, just know they can do better. ?❤️✌️??Kid-friendliness: Driver not so friendly had an attitude like we were going to steal the food. ??

I called and placed a to-go order. The guy said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I set a timer and drove there. I waited until the timer went off and then went inside. The food was coming out of the oven. The service was good, and the order was right.

If you want your order to be wrong and show up an hour late on top of awful customer service then this is the place for you! Do yourself a favor and take your pizza dollars to one of the great local Asheville spots and let this cesspool rot into the ground.Food was an hour later than quoted, order was wrong, employees at the restaurant (when you can get through after dealing with the automated system) will hang up on you.Zero stars. Obviously working here because no one else would hire them.

The pizza was made as requested and the delivery instructions were followed precisely. Food from here has always been great and service outstanding. delivery driver was courteous and polite.
If I could I'd give this store no stars I would I'm myself I'm a general manager of a restaurant, after being sick for several weeks I was craving Pizza Hut I had to call twice just to be hung up on twice when asked what the specials were. Then when I spoke to a manager by the name of Vicky you did was not concerned of my issue all she wanted to know was I ready to place an order so needless to say I went to Domino's I got great service
