I was visiting my sisters and their friend in Asheville and was invited to eat at Pizza Mind. My group are all vegetarians, but I am not.They ordered personal sized pizzas with vegetarian toppings. I did get a taste of the Roasted Beets and Cauliflower pizza. It was a very good combination. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and a Caesar side salad. The dressing was authentic with anchovies. I'm not a fan of anchovies, but it was so well balanced, I really didn't mind. I ate the whole thing. The Cuban came on a really great bread. I think it was baked locally and was really fresh. The rest of the sandwich tasted good, but a little skimpy on the meats. I'm used to Florida Cuban sandwiches which are plump with meat. I would visit Pizza Mind again on my next trip to Asheville and try a pizza.

Great food and very filling. I tried a new idea and got mandarins and grilled chicken which was so good. I would definitely recommend. One of my favorite pizza restaurants.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly and great options for kids. Including, a create your own pizza where they can actually put the ingredients on.

Pizza Mind is a fantastic neighborhood pizza place! We loved the crust, sauce and cheese blend, and the toppings were really high quality. There was a large selection of beers & ciders, and the decor is super fun. If you're in Ashville, you can't go wrong with this place!

I was looking to get some good local pizza during my trip to Asheville and ultimately decided on Pizza Mind. I'm so glad I did! The margherita pizza was delicious and the small was a great size for one person with leftovers. The pricing is very fair. The parking on site is a big plus too, it's hard to come by for a lot of restaurants in Asheville. Will be back if I'm in the area again!

Becca our waitress was amazing. I went with some friends and had the amazing fried green beans. I had a make my own pizza with fried chicken bbq sauce caramelized onions, and spinach. It was very fresh affordable and soooo tasty!! I love the atmosphere. Beer menu looks great but this was a work trip. Check out my TT @tarheelfoodie828

Great pizza. We got a medium pizza and the slices where large. The sauce was great and crust was delicious. One of the better pizza places I have eaten at. Added chicken to our pizza for $2.50 and there was maybe 3 small chunks on each slice. May have looked like a small amount compared to the big slice. This pizza place is located next to a brewery we visit and it is allowed to be taken to the brewery with you. All in the same building structure. Street parking for free and a small parking lot off to the side as well for free. Near other breweries that are within walking distance too.
