One of the best meals I had on a recent trip to Asheville. Everything was delicious! Food was perfectly prepared and plated, and the service was top notch. They can accommodate big parties, which was rare in Asheville. Plus, they have a kids menu and enough variety to please everyone in your party. Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: Kid menu, lots of outdoor space

Enjoyed the unique dining experience. Food was great, Mussels were outstanding. The chicken was also delicious. Parking was tricky.

First time and won't be my last. It was a lovely atmosphere - warm and comfortable - meeting up with friends we hadn't connected with in years.Farm to table food quality and fresh. Choice of fries or their amazing kale salad. I chose the salad which was delish with fresh pecans, pickled onions, and sliced grapes. I had their burger which was cooked to my liking - very juicy and the mayo was flavorful. If I could make a suggestion: adding a sliced tomato with slices of lettuce or spinach would have made this even better for me. I love myself some tasty meat, and having a little vegetable with it seems to balance all that protein and bread from the bun.Friends got the pork loin and friend chicken sandwiches. They loved them both. The other fish ordered was trout. It looked more flavorful than it was. They said it was good, but a little underwhelming with flavors.Pricing is on the higher side, yet I think it is appropriate for farm to table quality food. Burger was $17 and that included the kale salad which I think is generous. If you fancy a nice cut of steak, there was one on the menu for $90, someone mentioned after we left. All in all, I highly recommend dining here. I look forward to warmer evenings for outside river viewing dining.

Absolutely delicious!! I'm from Wisconsin and wouldn't call this a supper club. The food and atmosphere are nothing like a traditional supper club; however, the food was incredibly tasty! We had the oysters, burrata salad, fries, pork chops, and trout along with several of their draft beer selections. We were pleasantly surprised at every single dish. Plus the property is just gorgeous. We sat down by the river with a couple beers while we waited for a table. I couldn't recommend this place enough!!

Very good food, decent proportions, I thought the environment or atmosphere was great. The shipping containers that the establishment are made from looking nice and rustic and modernist but they look very nice and sleek and clean but also very modern looking. It’s a nice set up and the outside area is very relaxed but very comfortable and also urbanized and beautifully laid in the middle of the cityParking: Tons of spots

Recommended dishes: Fire Roasted, Brisket Sandwich Coleslaw on the Side Kale Salad, Skillet

Our waitress was very kind, but it was the service as a whole that leads to this low rating. With waiting over an hour for our entrees to arrive and my partner's food allergies not being as we were told they would be, I would not recommend this restaurant for those looking for restaurants that pay close attention to detail regarding food allergies. The cost of our meals compared to the unpreparedness and services we receive lead me to recommend other restaurants in Asheville over this one.Dietary restrictions: If you have many dietary restrictions, I would not recommend this restaurant.Parking: Plenty of parking nearby.

This place is not worth your money or your time. Read on if you want to know more…We came on a Saturday night with no reservations so expected a wait. It was a beautiful evening so we asked to be put on the outside seat list. The hostess said we should expect to wait 45 minutes. After an hour, we checked in to see how much longer it might be and the hostess said “it’s going to be a while…I cant make people leave”. We decided to sit indoors at the bar and it took over an hour to receive our food. The food was very good but not worth a two hour wait. The restaurant comped our drinks, which we appreciated, but they need to learn how to manage the floor. We enjoyed our drink outside, but would not return. There are too many other great restaurants in Asheville.

Smitty was our server and was warm and welcoming. We had dinner at about 5pm without a reservation and sat outside. We could see the river and the walking/riding trail and green space. I had a beautiful, thick pork chop with apples and strudel. It was prepared perfectly. My partner had a burger medium rare which was also prepared perfectly. We shared a kale salad (plenty for two). We both had a wine that paired well with our meals. The seating outside was comfortable. Dogs were permitted. They also have indoor seating. There is plenty of parking next to the restaurant. For those who can’t do steps, I didn’t notice if there was a ramp, but there are stairs. Those who need special access should reserve indoor seating as the outdoor seats are the height of bar stools or picnic tables. If you have children that can independently play, there is green space to give them some running around room outside. There was plenty of space between tables outside and that made the experience more comfortable as well. This is more of a fine dining experience minus the white table cloths.

I would NOT recommend this spot- Super bummed about this place. Used to be good - no longer. Went for brunch for my 3 year anniversary. Both of our dishes were OK at best- I got the hash which was suppose to have onions peppers and squash - an hour later I was served whole potatoes with nothing else but salty sausage bits and one egg on top . Bill was $100 for breakfast and we both left unhappy. Wouldn’t go back . Also flys everywhere at our table …like 20 plus flying around. Made the experience even less desirable. Hostess and staff were also very unfriendly/ not wanting to help. I rarely ever leave reviews as I’m too busy with a 1 year old but felt the need to share.

We were visiting friends of ours who moved to Asheville a number of years ago. They brought us to this wonderful locals restaurant on the riverfront. Huge grounds with lots of outdoor eating spaces. It was pretty busy, so we waited a short time to be seated in a picnic style table. It was a beautiful evening and we had plenty of time to catch up. We had a few apps and a light dinner to share. Local beer was very good,. Service was just the right pace for us, but would have been slow for those who would have wanted to have a quick meal and drink. They warned us of slow bar service, so we took that into account. Portions were just right for us to share.

We are locals and always had this on our list to try - however we were disappointed by our experience. It was a really hot sunday and we thought it would be nice to enjoy drinks by the river in the shade. There were crazy kids kicking a soccer ball and a gallon jug in the lawn unsupervised which we thought was odd but wanted to try anyways. We ordered 2 drink specials and waited over 20 min in the heat until I asked about our order inside. The same guy we ordered from acted confused and mumbled and wandered to the bartender and told him about our drinks. He then said they are still coming then walked away. I found this to be lame. Waited outside until they were ready. I asked what happened to our drinks, the bartender confused said idk and another employee chimed in = "we lost the ticket." No sincere apology given. The drinks were good but I felt that whole experience lacking. We still decided to dine for dinner but overall I was disappointed. The mussels were placed in a really messy sauce/unappetizing display, they forgot about our oysters, and my burger was only okay. If I return I plan on just cocktails and maybe an app to share. I also think this place is too expensive to allow for kids to rule the property as if its their backyard.

Amazing location right on the river in the arts District, including lots of outdoor seating, even chairs to sit for a drink right next to the river. Fun, food and good beer options. Had to wait five minutes for hostess to see this outside then have to wait in line to order an outdoor window in hot sun.

Wonderful Brunch this morning!!Although there was a sign out front warning that they were short staffed, our meal was prepared and served with only the slightest glitch. We especially liked the Fresh Fried Okra, and our entrees were a Bulgogi Bowl, Roasted Vegetable Hash, and an Egg and Bacon Poutine. The kitchen substituted lions mane mushrooms for andoulle sausage to make the Hash vegetaria. Another of our favorites (on the dinner menu) is the fire roasted trout. The staff were all friendly and efficient. Smoky Park Supper Club is becoming one of our favorites in Asheville.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options, and the kitchen can adapt some of the non- vegetarian items.
