I am going to preface this post by saying I have ate at other locations in different states. I have had the best steak I ever had at a different location. This was a celebration dinner with several people who had never been to a Roadhouse. I hyped up how good they were. It was a major let down and embarrassment. 5 out of 7 meals were not cooked correctly. I don't mean it was slightly under. I am talking rare cold in the middle underdone. The waitress never came back after taking the order. The manager was less than helpful. Deer in the headlights. I will also clarify that this was a 200.00 meal. We paid every penny and tipped the less than adequate waitress. I didn't ask for free food nor did I expect it. Most importantly, the dishes were filthy. Everything was greasy. The plates had black rings where they were stacked on top of each other. I asked for a to go container and put my food in that to eat at the table. No one ever questioned why. I cleaned my own silverware with hand sanitizer. I told the manager there was obviously a problem with her dish washer unit, and she had zero concern. Highly advise that you not eat here based on the cleanliness alone.

We were at this location in the middle of the afternoon April 20, 2024. The music volume was palatable when we arrived. Soon after our server took our order, the music was turned up very loud. When we asked if the music could be turned down, it was turned up even louder! One member of our party is sensitive to loud noises. The staff acted as if there was nothing they could do. They seemed an amused at the entire thing. We left. It will not break the restaurant for sure, but is is further evidence that a the focus on service or satisfaction is not what it used to be.

Not a good visit. Music was way too loud to start with. Could not hear hostess. Waitress could not hear anyone when ordering drinks. I’m sure most would much rather be able to sit and talk with friends and family than be forced to hear your music. Started the line dancing and the music was cranked up to the maximum. People at different tables were looking around in annoyance. I bailed on my party and left without getting an entree. Was not going to pay for this rudeness. Will not be surprised if there’s not a class action suit filed by present employees against Texas Road House 5-10 years from now for severe hearing loss. Outback, as long as you are around, I’m not giving up on you.

Tried to eat here today but it didn't happen. They open at 3 I got there about 3:05 and other people were already there. Host said they was waiting on another server. She stated we could go sit at the bar and I respectfully declined because I don't drink. Stood there waiting for 30 minutes because the waiting area only had 4 seats that was already taken and it was raining and wind was blowing outside. If you have back trouble I don't recommend wasting your time here. I would gladly have waited if we could have been seated in a timely manner but no they make you stand there with plenty of open tables. Went to Cheddar's got seated immediately and their food was wonderful.
I’ll give a generous 4 stars. The atmosphere was great, the waitress was amazing. The food was ehh. I ordered the 20oz ribeye med rare and it came out absolutely blue lol. I’m not disappointed necessarily because I’d rather it be under cooked than over cooked (personal opinion). With that said, a steak place should know how to cook every single steak properly. Therefore one star lost lol.

Love the Rolls lol. I think that's the main reason I go. The sweet potatoes was delicious and could have been my dessert. Sat at the Bar and the bar tenders were both very nice.
