Ordered delivery from our hotel room. Cobb salad with grilled chicken. Chicken was cold. Ordered 2 sets of utensils, got none. Got several texts from doordash saying dasher was having trouble finding us. You can see the restaurant from our hotel??

Place an order for takeout we picked up our order and got home our order was wrong and missing a few things we called up and talked to the manager and they took care of everything they make sure we got all of our missing items very professional and helpful I will continue on coming here because even though a mistake was made they took care of it immediately and apologized everything can't always be perfect but when that happened play corrected it immediately that was very apologetic and that's why I always come back the staff is wonderful and the big shot out to Logan mod the staff put you in the line of fire and you did an exceptional job have you ever decide to leave there I'll give you a job I wish more of my employees would be like you thank you

My family of 4 showed up at 5pm on Sunday night. We were told they were short staffed, and it would be a 10-15 min wait. We saw about 7 sets of customers leave, so I checked with the Host for an update, and he had a meltdown.He told me he has no idea how much longer it will be, maybe another 40 min (after already waiting for 40 min).We ultimately left, but we would never have waited if we knew the wait was over an hour. Very disappointed.

Came in one night for dinner. Took about 10 minutes for someone to notice we were even there. Took another ten minutes to get drinks, not even five tables were around us. Food was subpar at best. Do not recommend going here.

Date night with the Mr. Drinks was good for $5. The appetizers we ordered were pretty good. Customer service wasn't that good. No greeting or acknowledged we were sitting there for a few minutes. Server wasn't all that friendly. Good for the buck and a last minute date.

My experience was very poor, the "everyday is Friday" was more like a Monday. Chaotic is a understatement
First off let me say that our waitress was excellent! Emma you do a great job. Then it comes to the facility, the rest of the staff, and the food. The facility was not as clean as it should be. Our feet should NOT stick to the floor. The rest of the staff is WAY too slow or just not available. It will take approximately an hour for most of the other servers to take your order, and then another 45 minutes to an hour to get the food cooked and set on the table. The food is okay but certainly not worth the wait, and don't even think about a refill or second cup!! We were there for a gaming convention and thought the slow delivery of the food was a one time thing until the second night. If you're going to eat here make sure you have plenty of time. Discussed it with the hotel staff and apparently this is normal for this restaurant so they're glad they don't own the restaurant.

So, after hearing the female manager swearing and dropping f bombs loud enough for the entire dining room to hear, I had to wait an additional half hour for my take out order. Everything is ICE COLD. This restaurant should be avoided at all costs. Just disgusting. The melted cheese was a mass of coagulation. Shut down if you can't feed people decent food.

This is my new regular spot. Summer makes great drinks and always makes me feel welcome! I love coming here to unwind after a long day at work. Whether you’re at a booth or sitting at the bar- you’ll always get great service here. I’m a creature of habit and always order the same things- White Russian, potstickers, and truffle tots. All 10/10. That truffle aioli is so good and the Szechuan sauce with the potstickers is out of this world. I’ve been coming here for years but recently started coming more frequently. If it wasn’t for the amazing service and atmosphere I wouldn’t come in as much. Keep at it TGIF- you’re doing something right!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! If I could give a lower rating I would. While in Asheville for the weekend me and my girlfriend decided to stop at this restaurant for dinner on our first night. Upon receiving our food, we noticed that the center of our sides were served completely cold. That was not even the worst part. The female bartender who was working the night we were there was completely rude to us and showed very poor customer service. This is very unfortunate as I have always loved this restaurant, but I will no longer be returning here on future visits. They have lost my business!
