Food was just wonderful. We got the Pressed Truffle Parmesan Turkey and Black & Bleu Buffalo. Exchange half of each sandwich, really glad we did. Loved both of them...then we got the Cajun chips and the Parisian...what can I say...yummy yummy yummy. If in the area go there, worth everything..

Nice, quiet location in downtown Asheville. The service was nice and fast. I had to try a place where the homemade potato chips are the star of the plate. I went for the Napa with honey, blue cheese, lavender, and salt. Wow .. super good. Yet there should have been more blue cheese on the chips. The sandwich was an American Melt with gouda and cheddar with bacon. It was okay ... not enough filling for the panani. My score came from the value. I love the concept. Yet for $25 with a tip, I expect more from a sandwich and chips.

Wow! What a cool idea. Fresh kettle cooked chips are tossed with ingredients to create something really special. I had the Parisian tossed with herbs, goat cheese and a truffle spritz- delicious The panini sandwiches were all knockouts too.

I went here for lunch on a recommendation from a local during my visit to Asheville and I'm so glad I did! The Parisian panini was delicious. I got the Napa chips and was pleasantly surprised by the taste since it was a flavor I normally wouldn't order! The pricing is very fair and the staff were so kind. I also appreciated the option to place a takeout order then leave and come back so you're not just waiting around. Will go back next time I'm in town!

If you like kettle chips you must go! They have so many styled kettle chips that it’s hard to decide what to get! There were four people in our party so we tried four different chips (of course)! Honestly, you can’t go wrong! You can watch them make your tray of chips using a small torch & various spices. They also service paninis with a side of their homemade chips. They offer a variety of soda and a small beer menu. A cider or ginger beer would be an excellent addition for those of us that do not care for beer. Our table felt a little too high and full of stuff (menus, napkins, flowers, etc.). Be prepared to smell delicious (clothes, hair, etc.) for the rest of the day! Worth it!

The best sandwich and potato chips I have ever had. Go, now. If I lived in Asheville I would be here at least once a week.

Last minute lunch choice ended up being a win. The paninis were delish. We sat outside with our dogs and the staff was very attentive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a casual lunch.

Was told they had good chips. I Walked in 15 min prior to closing time and was told I could only purchase prepackaged chips and could not purchase fresh chips.

Busy little shop at lunch time. The paninis are good but small for the price. The chips are fine, but I wasn't blown away or anything. You will leave smelling like grease, unfortunately. I'll take it to go and wait outside next time.

We spent a week in Asheville last month and I CANNOT stop thinking about the sammy I ate here! I got the vegetarian Italiano and the combo of fresh veg + crispy chewy bread + balsamic reduction was perfect. I want to recreate but know I couldn't. The BBQ chips are on the sweeter side but memorable and so crisp!

Cool ranch Doritos? Lays sour cream and onion? Nacho Cheese? Nope! Nacho average garbage chips. This place serves gourmet and will blow your mind. So get that chip off your shoulder and come check em out, you chip-a-phobe. But seriously. Yum.
