This was an excellent dining experience. Anytime we travel through Asheville, NC, we always stop to have lunch or dinner at Sunset Terrace Grove Park Inn. It is so relaxing, and the food and service are Awesome.

An outstanding experience, as they always are. Great creative cocktails, great food and great service. Can't beat the view. This is our go0to spot for out-of-town guests and they loved it.

No matter what time of day the Terrace is a must see for anyone. A nice menu with food for every diet. The servers are friendly and see that you have everything you need. We love to come here for both the food and the views.

The view was beautiful. The service was excellent. The servers were very pleasant and accommodating. The cocktails were superb. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered a 24oz porterhouse cooked medium and it came out well done. The asparagus was very thick and crunchy. Probably the hunkiest asparagus I've ever seen. The most disappointing was the truffle fries.. not only did they not contain the amount of truffle oil and Parmesan one would expect when ordering this dish.. they weren't even fries. They were (very thick and bland) potato wedges, with very little seasoning. On a positive note, the Brussels sprouts were very good and our favorite dish of the night. Overall, the food was just.. meh. And that's disappointing considering we had a $300 tab before tip. Honestly don't think I would recommend dinner here, just cocktails.

Perfect spot for lunch! BEAUTIFUL view and ambience on the patio overlooking the mountains and the beautiful resort. Excellent service and delicious food! Salmon salad was delicious. Great quality and perfectly cooked! Short rib sandwich was to die for and the hamburger and fries were great! Wouldn't miss stopping by the Grove Park even if you aren't staying at the resort.

Not very good. The wedge salad was tasty but that was the last of the good food. Our pork chop came out very over cooked and dry. Our sides included barely warm mashed potatoes and some mushrooms that also needed to be warmer. The server took it all back. When they brought the replacement pork chop it was cooked correctly but didn't have much flavor. The mashed potatoes were again just warm. The mushrooms were hot and great. The server was excellent but the food quality is well below average for what they charge.

The view was absolutely spectacular! The food was very good but our waitress was not helpful. I ordered a gluten free meal and it came out what looked like gluten. So when I asked if they could check it her attitude was less than friendly. Turns out the chef did have to remake it. These things happen so not a big deal. I just think the waitress should've been apologetic about it and she was not.

Delicious with the most beautiful views! A bit pricey but food was very good!! Started with Caesar salad and French onion soup then split a big steak and got 2 sides. Service was amazing and they even included a champagne toast for our anniversary! Had the best night!

Excellent service, food and ambience! We have hosted our out of town guests here on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed! The weather was a bit chilly but skies were clear! Beautiful experience that everyone enjoyed!

Although this is a one of a kind venue, it is far over priced. It's hard to enjoy the view and beauty when your stack can cost up to 160.00 . The entire resort had been on cash basis only for 3 days prior to our reservations but we were never informed. I just feel like Omni has not maintained the quality and experience that the Grove Park once was. They are just riding the coattails of the reputation Grove Park established for many years prior to the Omni Hotels buyout!

We got lucky and had incredible weather, but maybe that's the norm here in beautiful Asheville. Our table was perfect for a party of 4. Great view of the mountains. Fried avocado app was ok, crab cake sandwiches were good, but the burger and lobster cobb were very good. Thick and juicy burger with fresh fixings and plenty of lobster in the cobb. Next time I'll ask for light dressing as it was a bit too much. Great tarragon taste, just too much of a good thing. Wonderful chocolate dessert (in a glass jar) and coffee. Service was attentive and on point, but a little too icy for me. Overall lovely experience. We'll be back!

This is a beautiful place!! Amazing view!! Comfortable atmosphere! Food is excellent and our waiter Dawid was terrific!!! I highly recommend Sunset Terrace and the entire Omni Grove Park Inn.

My husband and I visited sunset terrace for our anniversary and had a great time. The views are incredible, and we were able to go around the facility with our drinks afterward. The wine and charcuterie were so good!

Dawid was amazing and most helpful in explaining the menu. Service was Top Notch as well as the food, presentation and of course the amazing view! Chilly afternoon, outdoor heaters and blankets made our Anniversary lunch most comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Sunset Terrace. Jonathan was our server – he exceeded our expectations! Very knowledgeable about the food and wine. The pairing was exceptional. We plan to get back, soon. It was worth the drive from Greer.
