Many gluten free options that are AMAZING. Highly recommend the espresso roullade and the flourless chocolate torte!

Went here specifically for gluten free items as advertised, only 4 items available, staff confused and organization of service chaotic, not worth the trip out of the way to check it out

Disappointing. We had specifically gone for gluten free items and they had only 4 small things. Not worth going out of our way.

Ate breakfast here before entering the Biltmore Estate. Delicious egg and cheese on a croissant and a piece baklava. Other baked goods looked yummy as well. Not a coffee person but everyone else in the cafe looked to be enjoying theirs. Highly recommended!

Cute, but a new caliber of slow. Food was good once it came out. It also was mere assembly, except for the grilled cheese.

All of the 7 years I've lived in Weaverville, NC, I've never visited Well-Bred. I went for the first time on 3/20/24 at the Main Street location in Weaverville. I had the WORST experience. Girls that work there have a very nasty attitude! Power trip, more like it, do not know how to talk to customers. If you're going to be nasty to your customers, then maybe you should rethink the place you're working at, because obviously you do not like it. Let's just say it was my first, and I was excited to check it out but I'm sorry it will be my LAST time going! I was there for a mom's day out eating breakfast. None of us will return.

I don't know. Bagel was good, but undersized. Sort of feared that was going to happen as bagels in bin were of erratic sizes. Staff looked bored and indifferent. Asked for no onions but got them anyway. Walked out feeling like I should have just gone to the grocery store instead of becoming $22 lighter.

The best baked goods around, and their salads are fresh & good. I also love their curried chicken wrap!! The best of all is the Swiss Creme for dessert!

Quaint little bakery with a huge selection of sweet bakery items and great lattes. They had some savory options like sandwiches but would be nice to have keto options. They had some outside seating as well.

excellent food, good service, lovely patio dining. Met a friend from Seattle for lunch. Everything was lovely.

First time having a meal here. Quick friendly service at the counter where orders are placed. Given a number, a cup for coffee and headed to a table. No dark roast coffee, just medium and light. Plates arrived within 10 minutes. The dining area was busy yet quiet. The Italian sandwich tasted fine but lacked the distinct flavor of its components. Personally, I wouldn't order it again. The bacon Gouda quiche was delicious and the kale side salad also tasty. My side sesame noodles are worth a try as well.

We like this place for lunch, but the sandwich choices are limited. The pastries are fantastic! Semi-self-serve, ordering at counter, self cleanup.Parking: Located right in the center of the Biltmore Village, so parking can be challenging at times.
