I ordered my food off of DoorDash and instead of Wendy’s taking responsibility for not properly looking at there order and making sure it was right they put it on them when that’s not there responsibility it’s there’s there only suppose to provide transportation and when I called about the issue the women who answered the phone was very, very rude I would not at all recommend eating here or will be eating at this Wendy’s ever again…..

the best Wendy's restaurant I've ever eaten at. I don't understand how orxwhy this Wendy's location is able to offer food that consistently tastes so nuch better than any other Wendy's but it has been like this for years. I have a feeling that this places success has a direct connection to the male manager who is often in the kitchen around the drive through window. as far back as I can remember he has been there , making sure the orders are on point. if every Wendy's location was this consistently great then Wendy's vwould be the top burger chain in the world.

Prices are jacked up too much for this type of food. Wendy's has been my family's go-to for decades, but the service has changed. We're now at the "no more" stage. This is due to a long fuse of patience that's burned to the core because of a lack of quality control. We order burgers mostly. and the drive-thru orders are often messed up. Workers don't seem to read the order screen, pay attention to what they're making, and verify what food goes into what bags. It seems very disorganized. We order LMNO and get XYZ, again and again. As a fam, we've collectively decided to take a hiatus. Instead, we'll allocate our resources to another place that takes the time to ensure workers are properly trained on quality measures and food order accuracy. The good news is that their vanilla frosty has returned from vacation.

I made a mobile order and waited 12 minutes in line, and was almost given the wrong order, only to be told I have to come inside to pick up my food that I ordered ahead. I've been here many times with mobile orders and never had to do this. Food was cold when I got it, and they were out of the drink I ordered, so they gave me a cup, but their machine didn't work. I just tossed the drink and left. Wasted over 20 minutes of time. Never again with this location.

I went through the drive up. Took forever to get someone to even acknowledge my presence there, with only one person in front of me. After I ordered, I pulled around, I waited at least five to seven minutes for the person in front of me to be served. When I finally got to the window, after I paid, they told me they were waiting on my eggs, could I pull up?In the meantime, the person in the car behind me, got their order in just a few minutes, while I still sat waiting. I waited for what seemed like 10 minutes, with no one coming out. No one was behind me, so I backed up, actually intending to get my money back and going somewhere else, but a person I hadn't seen, brought a bag to the window and gave it to me.When I got to my destination, the order was wrong and cold. I was only a minute or two away.This is the second time I went there and got poor service and wrong food. Never again. This place was the worst....

Some of the laziest animals in Asheville order was wrong, left food out. The guy working the window must have a t-Rex arm bc it could barley reach out to take my payment. If you want thug burgers this is you place.
