The light skin girl Wednesday 10 at around 6pm she was working drive thru so rude gave me an mean eye contact like she was about to kill me I said thank you when she was giving the food and she rolled her eyes and slammed the Window if she has a bad day than she needs to stay home.

Staff treated me like I was a creeper. Had to wait in parking lot for food with another old guy in truck looking like he was giving creeper status too employees acted like they were afraid of me. Fried pickels were actually tiny over salted pickle skins . After this experience I will NEVER GO TO ANY ZAXBYS

Went at 12pm and waited in the drive through line for 20 min to get to the speaker and be told I would have to wait another 10 min to get chicken tenders. A long wait for chicken at a place that only sells chicken.

The food was room temp and our "wings and things" meal only contained the wings. The sodas were also disappointing, 75% ice and tasted flat. I could see where things could be forgotten and taste sub par if the restraunt was about to close but it was only 6:30pm....
I love that there is a Zaxby’s near me. But just a suggestion, work out a better drive-thu system. The current strategy does not work and it is far too slow of a service time.

Not one to usually complain but I Ordered 2 things forgot one meal also didn't ask if we needed sauce or anything was quick to get out the window while her coworkers just stood there laughing and messing around and didn't give us straws then when we asked for our other food she acted like she forgot what we ordered then brought it immediately.We was the only car in line there was no car behind us maybe your employees should do there job.everyone makes mistakes I get it but cmon that was just plain nonchalant

Somehow you were out of Coca Cola.What you can do - pay your staff more, train them better. Keep products in stock. Include a quality check before sending food out to customer.Original review -Huge disappointment.Our order was messed up, both in the human error and food quality department. We ordered three meals, got two. Did they charge us the correct amount? Not sure, we weren't given or offered a receipt. Portions were measly, quality was low.This particular location seemed gravely understaffed - was it one person taking the orders, preparing the food and running it out to the customers? Corporate, take care of this location or close it.Next time we are in the mood for fast food, we will stick to one of the more familiar locations or any place that can serve food predictably in a reasonable timeframe.
