“I made a pit stop to grab lunch on my way to having my brakes replaced on my vehicle. The restaurant was a little busy since it was just after the lunch rush. It wasn't the cleanest it could have been but again it was just after lunch. The service was quick. The cashier was friendly and professional as was the manager on duty who gave me my order. The Quarter Cheeseburger combo I got was hot and fresh, however the fries tasted like they were not quite cooked completely. The burger was prepared exactly the way I wanted and was delicious. As was the Caramel Frappe. Delicious! If I have the opportunity to return to this location I definitely will.“
“What started out on a lower note ended on a high note! This was our first visit to this establishment, there was no wait for a table and we were promptly seated at the very first table by the door near the hostess station, as we were looking over our menus I noticed that 3 other families, came in... were also promptly seated then attended to by a server. After 13 minutes of sitting at our table with our menus and no service, I tried flagging down someone to please help us, I managed to finally get one young woman to look at me as I waved and motioned to her to please come over, 7 minutes later we had our server Kyle come to our table (20 minute wait total) I understand when you are super busy and short staffed these type of things happen, the restaurant wasn't busy, several empty tables inside and out and 3 other parties were seated and served after us. I will say Kyle was apologetic for our wait and he was a very good server as well. By the time we received our beverages and got ready to order my partner was just frustrated and wanted to leave, I'm glad I talked him into staying because the food was very good! I had the Bistro Burger and Fries, and my partner ordered the Western BBQ Burger with house chips. I thought my burger and fried were delicious, very fresh and cooked perfectly, he enjoyed his Western Burger, but the house chips were just clumped together in a ball rather than single chips which made them difficult to enjoy. Kyle kept a check on our table the rest of our visit which I appreciated so I tipped him well. I am going to give this place another try, the food was very good and fresh, i think there just needs to be more communication with the wait staff/hostess. Everyone has an \\\"off\\\" day now and then, so I'll definitely go back for another visit in the future. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were well stocked as well.“

“The wife and I were craving a good burger and found this place. First, and most important, sanitation score was a 98.5. WIN!. Burgers were amazing. The beer selection was impressive. Seeing how they carry a selection of beers from Maui Brewing, we will make this a regular stop when we ride.“
“Visit during the week for a date night, the venue was nice and packed and service was consistent and friendly. Food was hella good, I got the veggie dog which was Chicago style and she got the bacon cheeseburger. Special sauce is on point.Return visit is a must.“
“I've been here twice so far, and both times the service was fairly fast and friendly. Also, the food was very delicious, especially the Queso Cheesesteak and sweet potato waffle fries. A little more on the expensive end, but the quality of the food and service are worth it.“

“A solid 4. Not quite 4.5. I need another visit. I will say we underestimated the burgers. We were thinking smash burgers plus the double Patty upgrade was reasonable. My peoples! These are hand pattied 1/4 pound burgers. I can't lie that double patty was banging! Get that!Flavor. Okay. Let me back up. The burgers were juicy. The toppings were appropriate for the burger size. Cheese is melty and gooey. These burgers are not for the cutesy best eaters. Gotta be willing to grab it with too hands,l and get messy! Yes!Back to flavor. The hamburger itself needs just a touch more salt. That woulda set it off! And a shout out to the seeded bun. Nice touch!Ya'll see the fried pickles! They were fresh out the grease. The only negative thing I’d have to say which is just a preference, is in the frozen meals I wish that the steaks and meats were cut up better and notice the same with broccoli sometimes it’s whole pieces which is fine but would be more enjoyable to just have cooked as an already chopped meal. Otherwise the flavors and portions are great and I’ve noticed a difference in loosing weight since I've been eating here.“
“Five Guys is always delicious. I love how easy it is to customize a burger with a large variety of topping options. The fresh, hand cut fries are the best by far. My issue with Five Guys is the price. It cost over $14 for me to get a little cheeseburger and a little fry. Calling it "little" is deceiving because the burger is big enough and seems like a regular size and the fries are always overflowing in the cup and fall into the bottom of the bag. I understand I'm paying for quality but this still seems a bit much and I only treat myself to Five Guys a few times a year and it's definitely a place I go alone because I'm not going to pay $30-40 to go with my husband and I certainly will not take my whole family of five. My other issue with Five Guys is their online ordering. I order online so I can just walk in and pick up my food then leave. I don't want to have to come inside and wait but that is always the case here and I don't understand. The system asks to let them know when you are on your way. It even tracks your location to know how far away you are. You can tap a button to let them know you are there but it is never ready and waiting for you. You still have to go to the register and let them know you are there/check-in. In the past I was told it's because they want every customer to get their food hot and fresh to maintain the quality, especially the fries. I get it and my food was still hot when I got home and it was indeed delicious BUT I don't like ordering online just to go inside and still have to wait. I would rather just tap the I'm here button and get notification when my food is ready and then go walk inside to pick it up.Parking: Common/shared parking lot with other stores in the strip mall but there is always plenty of parking.“

“The place where we parked didn't have the screen working, but we stayed there anyway. It did let me give my order. It wouldn't let me pay with a card, so I paid with cash.Because I am older, I can't eat their food like I used to, but the family can, so I get it for them.It looks delicious, and I did get a drink out of it.People are very polite, the place is clean and they really do try and do the best they can.The restaurant on Memorial, we do not go too. “I've visited this location in the past and enjoyed it. The parking is adequate, have always been able to find parking despite the parking lot not being a large one. The customer service is professional, fast and courteous. I've only been in the daytime but the windows allow for adequate sunlight to enter the restaurant. The order (I'll be honest, I can entirely remember which order this was) was hot and fresh, but I didn't enjoy the taste too much. It may just be a matter of preference because I've always loved their Little Thick Burgers for years. The outside was in ok shape, their inside was clean though. All in all, if you're in the mood for a great burger, I recommend this location.“
