Ordered on the app, went through and went to pick up. They closed the store early, but still charged me for receiving nothing. I sent a message to customer service and they told me they would refund within 48 hours. It’s been over a month and still no refund. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Avoid if you can. Scammers!!!

My mom and son went in to get a kids sub and a 6in sub for my grandfather on 7/21/23. The lady on staff was huffy and rude right off the bat. The gentleman has a much better disposition. She put regular meat portion on it then mom mentioned the deluxe option. She told my mom there wasn't a deluxe option, but there is and we have used it often. She just slapped extra meat on it and flopped toppings on it like she was mad. My 9yo asked my mom why she was so rude. Then the lady charged for double meat and told my mom that "that's what it costs!" The guy is nice and they're close to my work but I was already teetering on not eating there anymore because of this lady's attitude before. Now I'm sure that me, my mom, my wife and my coworkers won't be eating there again.

The food is good but for once I decided to view my receipt. Tell me why I am being charged for a tip that I didnt approve? Almost $2. We eat here quit often and i never really look at my receipt but have noticed that prices were going up. So how is it that they can tip themselves with my money? Dont usually tip fast food workers so I view this as stealing. That $2 adds up. Wonder how many times in the last month this has happened.

If you're a VETERAN do not support this location after been giving a discount for weeks the manager told me that the owner said you have to spend a certain amount to get a VETERAN discountAmerican Businesses like this don't deserve to operate in our country

Plus I usually don't write reviews, it's now added to my list of places I will continue to eat. S/N I love eating @ a place where it is CLEAN!!! It is "definitely" CLEAN!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! Some of the nasty, tasting sub you can buy. If you order a sub with any type of meats. The sub is 80-90 percent filled with vegetables. I don't remember this store ?.

My wife purchased some Sub. Turkey and cheese, Philly cheese for me. My sandwich was really horrible. I'm not a Vegan or Vegetarian. So I expected my sandwich to be FULL of meat and extremely small amount of veggies. I was very disappointed ?. Customers has to pay more for meat sandwich. So I expect to receive tons of meat on my sandwich. Was I received was a Veggie sandwich. I would not recommend this store ?

Good afternoon I don't normally complain,I went into this Subway The Manager was extremely rude. I asked her how was her day going,she didn't respond waited a couple more seconds and I asked again she said you asked me before, so I didn't know if you were talking to me. Flies were in the cookies,she looked so upset, she wasn't approachable. This wasn't the same Manager that is normally in there,she burned the subs and she was going to serve them to me. I said to her you have a wonderful attitude .This place will not be getting my business again. Unless the other Managers are in there.
