I place my orders in the mornings 20 mnits befor I get there... and it is always just 1 ice late. IT IS NEVER READY!!!! EVER!!!! This place needs new management. The woman who runs this place has absolutely no clue how to run a business. Period.

It's always a hit or miss with this location. Some days you'll be in and out. Today I've waited 30 mins to order and will probably wait another 15 to get my drink. They need better staff/management here. Next time I'll just drive the extra few mins to try out Mt holly location.

Coffee is good, but the boy band looking tall man was not helpful. He acknowledged me, and said it would be rude to not acknowledge me, then made me wait for over 5 minutes at the counter to order (with no line), while he stocked and did other chores. Then a young lady came out, took my order, and I was out the door in 45 seconds. I just don't understand why boy band decided to say that, and then not help me. Why say that, and then ignore me and continue stocking or whatever. Multitask or customers first!

Would give zero stars if I could. We stood in line for 10 minutes while the employee in the back stood next to the drive through widow doing nothing. Another employee walked in past us and started making orders. At no time did either employee acknowledge us even though we were only customers. Ridiculous
The lady working in the drive through window was very nice! The food came out quick and was great. Great stop to our road trip.

Do not go to this Dunkin. It is worth the drive to Mount Holly to avoid thislocation, trust me.

The blonde older lady who I’m assuming is the manager is extremely RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. They had someone on their first day on the front inside register and the poor guy had no idea what he was doing or how to keep track of orders as in who ordered when, in what order. I simply ordered three donuts and politely waited my turn until I was skipped for the customer behind me and that is when the older blonde woman was rude to me when. I asked why the customer behind me was being served b4 I was. Needless to say I have had other bad service/experiences before the remodel as well. Very poorly run and managed, needless to say I will not be setting foot back in their ever again, I’ll go to the new one in Mt Holly, where I probably should have gone in the first place.

Lady was extremely rude to me , and very impatient when I was trying to order. I ordered a dozen donuts, and they had NO DONUTS. (How are you Dunkin’ Donuts, and have no donuts?) either way, it is what it is. So I tried to find an alternative. When doing so, she got very rude and snappy with me, when all I did was order three sandwiches. Horrible service.
