I stood in the waiting room for 10 minutes watching them make food and keep looking up at me. Not once did they make an effort to speak with me. I said "hi, can you take my order, please?" They said "I'll be right with you" Keisha came over and said "do you have an online order?" I said no, I just want 3 chalupas. She said "oh you have to do it there" and pointed to the machine. I said "oh I don't want to touch that machine" then Keisha gave me a disgusting attitude. When I asked her about it, she got even more of an attitude and she said "you gave me an attitude first!" Not everyone wants to touch that machine that everyone else has been touching. God only knows how many people use the restroom and don't wash their hands and then touch it. This is why I use tap to pay also. I then asked her for a napkin to touch the register and she brought me back a fist full of napkins. If you don't want to see customers, find a new job. I didn't have any crazy demands. It would've been just as easy to politely say "oh I'm sorry, we're not allowed to do so." I will tell EVERYONE to stay FAR away from this place. Customer Service at it's worst. They actually use examples such as this for WHAT NOT to do / say to customers.

No greeting when walked in. Had to clean my own table before sat down. Had to use self checkout as they won't wait on you. Witness other customer who needed help and she was told to wait on herself. When she told them she had a disability and needed help only then would they help and still weren't friendly about it. Employees drinking on the prep line. No soap in bathroom.
