Great place, but service is terrible. If you make a bad drink, fix it or refund the money. That is what real coffee places do. You do not offer another drink for more money. Terrible Customer service.

Delicious coffee, ample seating, elegant atmosphere.This place was great!I got a medium latte as usual. It was quite tasty.The decor and setting of the establishment is very cool- a piano in one corner, a unique chair in another, many tables out the back door, and plenty of space to get work done, study or have a conversation.They also have ice cream which is very cool!I’ll certainly be back for coffee and other treats.Parking: Limited street parking right outside.Parking lot behind the building.

Good service and coffee. Food was good just on pricier side for the sandwiches but it was all very good. Over $10 for a basic smaller coffee and croissant sandwich is only reason for 4 star.

This place is fantastic! Great coffee and deserts outstanding service and a wonderful, laid back atmosphere!!I really appreciate that they were so accommodating to me! I asked for my coffee in a ceramic mug , because I don't like to make any more trash than I can help to, and they informed me that their dishwasher was on the fritz and wouldn't be back up until tomorrow. When I told told them why I didn't want a paper cup, they told me they would be more than happy to accommodate me. What's not to like about this place?

Furthermore, the staff members are delightful and are an absolute help with drink recommendations. How could I possibly, order my lavender white chocolate mocha anywhere else ?

I wish I lived in Belmont! My daughted and I visited here on Sunday morning. The service was spectacular. My Chai Tea was the best I've ever had! The cost was reasonable. The atmosphere was wonderful!Thank you for a memorable experience!

I purchased a Matcha latte, which had a strong fishy taste & smell. Which means this establishment need to do 1 or all, of 3 things to avoid a bad customer experience 1) get better quality matcha 2) review & research better preparation techniques 3)check their storage
An adorable coffeehouse with a happy and helpful staff. The espresso they use is delicious, with a remarkably smooth flavor when mixed with milk in a cappuccino or latte. The ambience is an upscale casual. It's a great place to people watch - or to study (with noise canceling headphones ).

Positives: Nice staff, great interior, fast wifi, lots of syrup options for lattes, extensive menu, great location.Negatives: the espresso is really bad.I want to love this place, because I enjoy being there and the location is great, but they haven’t got the hang of making espresso. They have high quality beans, and very expensive equipment, yet the espresso is way too bitter. If you get a latte or something that has milk, sugar, etc it will mask it fine and taste good. But I like plain espresso. The first one I got was the worst and most bitter espresso I’ve ever had. I decided maybe it was an off day or just the flavor, so next time I got the espresso flight. I wanted to taste the different flavors, but they all just tasted sour. I gave it a 3rd try a few weeks later with a different barista, but it was still sour and bad.I want to support local, but the Starbucks espresso is leaps and bounds better as of right now. Even my cheap espresso maker at home bakers a better cup.I will still come back again at some point, and hope to be able to change my review to 5 stars soon

Great place if you like flavored drinks, but not the best for espresso. Their flavored syrups are much better quality and have so much more flavor than most coffee shops, and they have a big flavor selection. The straight espresso was disappointing though. I got the espresso flight and all 3 were very sour. A place that offers an espresso flight should know how to pull a decent espresso. I wouldn't come here for good straight coffee, but will keep coming back for a delicious lavender latte!
