I called and placed an order over the phone and asked for the specials. When i was given the total it was about $5 more than i was quoted. I asked to speak to the manager to get clarification of the pricing and her response was so do you want the wings or not. It wasn't I'm sorry for the wrong information or I'll speak to my employees to make sure they are giving out the right information. These managers and their employees are terrible when it comes to customer service. The first response is get an attitude and take it out on the customer. How do you get an attitude with the customer about the money they're spending? Good customer service is almost impossible now adays. They delivered my food and didn't ring the bell or knock on the door. My food was sitting outside for 10 moms. My food was cold. This store needs training real bad!

We order frequently due to proximity and availability literally nothing else…8 drums in my wingbox this time. Last time they didn’t even ring the doorbell when they delivered. Further and further downhill every time—I used to tip a straight $20 no matter what, now we’re downgrading on percentages and getting pretty low…also many times we were straight up delivered the wrong order…

I don’t know that delivery driver but it said his name was Jonathan. He brought my pizza so fast I still saw the smoke come out the boxes lol super hot & fresh!!super nice too. He deserves a raise $$$

On January 12th 2024 I called and order 3 pizzas and some Parm Bites. I had stopped ordering from this store. My last order had been so long ago I can't remember when it was at all. I think it was at least over a year ago. Then my sister stayed over Christmas weekend and her kids really wanted to try Domino's. The only reason I did order from this store tonight was because the weekend of Christmas 2023 I order over $60.00 worth of food. Christmas weekend the food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. However, tonight I order about 6:31 pm and at 8:34 pm I still had not recieved my delivery. I was told when I called it could take up to an hour to recieve. My pizza was made with in 15 minutes of my orignal call of 6:31 PM. When you call they dont acknowledge you just place you on hold. At about 8:34 PM I was told it would be another 25 to 30 minutes. No Joke!! Then I called back again, again I was not acknowledged and placed on hold. I informed them that we were going to pick it up. My pizza basically sat there for more than 2 hours made. At 8:45 PM When my husband arrived to pick up the pizza there was approximately 9 employees standing around literally standing around and my husband believed one was a driver. At 8:34 PM when we originally called and asked were our 2 hour plus pizza was we were told they were short handed. I live about 2 miles from Dominos. The pizzas were barely warm and certainly far from fresh. You spend $40 plus for dinner and it is not even worth it. I would have been better off with Walmart refrigeratored pizza's at far less money. My order number was 3661 and Jen was supervising. However, what is the point of speaking to a supervisor that knows orders are NOT being made fresh and the employees are standing around. The whole thing just ruins your dinner. If their own supervisor watches and is obviously approving then what hope is there. This location probably makes plenty of money. There isn't a bunch of places that deliver at this exit. Maybe one day Dominos may care about their customers. Look at the reviews Domino's at this location!!

Very disappointed in the service I received tonight and the quality of pizza I received. Will not be coming
It should not take 50+ minutes to get a pizza delivered 5 miles away. It never fails, we order the pizza, we watch it on their tracker and see it made/baked within 10 minutes. Then it sets there for 20-30+ minutes waiting for it to leave the store. Then it looks like it has 2-4 stops per driver to get it on our doorstep. Of course Dominoes offer a free pizza bc it takes so long but even a free pizza isn’t worth it when it shows up cold.

Terrible terrible terrible my order took 2 hours to get and instead of them giving me my money back they tried to offer a free pizza. Dominos you must do better now if my pizza is cold we going to have a problem

I ordered online and then phoned the store. I took 15 minutes for the phone to be answered. I was going to ask them to put the pepperoni on the very top, but the person who answered the phone couldn’t even find my order. Turns out it was sitting there ready for pickup. They had no explanation as to why they didn’t find my order on the system. Luckily I had the order on the dominos APP and showed it to them. They did say that they were having problems with their phones going out. I then asked if they could give me any discount for the terrible mix up and the employee said he could only give a $2.00 discount which he applied.

I don’t know if this Dominoes is under new management or found a cook that takes pride in their work (give them a raise!), but I had almost given up on this location, until my last few orders that where SPOT ON AND DELICIOUS! Kudos keep it up team! Staff is friendly also and the place is clean. Love to see it I’ll be back!

The food is always so average and nothing too good. I'm a pretty big pizza person and I don't recommend going here because the pizza just never blows you or anything. The prices are very cheap compared to other places so if you want some average pizza that's cheap, come here.
