Most of the times this place is ok.Lately it's not. Still didn't get the midnight, hubby's was not hot and also had multiple stickers. Waited 20 minutes for yuk coffee.Went 2 weeks ago to be told no hot coffee.

The staff went above and beyond to help me get my order! The phone at another store was down and they called the manager themselves and placed the order for me. They proceeded to call me back with the status of the order. I ended up coming into this location and the staff were so kind and helpful even with how busy it was!

If I could give this Dunkin negative stars, I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Employee had an attitude, and on top of that, got the order wrong wouldn’t fix it unless I went back through the drive through and repaid. Even though they are the ones who got it wrong. I hope her day gets better and customer service improves.

The store looks clean, and the staff are always friendly. The knock on this store is that the donut menu needs to be revamped, the product choices are not too appealing.

Just wanted to treat my kids (yesterday at around 5pm) to Dunkin donuts for a change as we normally buy donuts with our groceries at the gocery store. Very limited choice. Girl who started to serve me told me mid-way that her colleague would now take care of me. Then she and another girl went to one of the tables to take a break and started vaping. Yes vaping in the donut store/ gas station store. My children and myself were totally shocked!

I don’t get Dunkin often but the times I have this location has been pretty good. I use the mobile app to order and my order is always correct. I had an incident on my way and it took me 2 hours to pick up my order. The staff was kind enough to make me another drink with no hassle. I appreciate the customer service!
