Had to grab something after work last night & picked here. Got the AC Texano. Ordered at 715, it said it’ll be ready at 7:53. I thought that was a long time but I waited anyway. Got in there at 745 & it was already waiting. Got home & it was cold as could be. Not only that, there was barely any meat on the plate. Had more rice & chips than anything. Very dissatisfied.

Been coming here a few years. Service and food has just fell far from what it use to be. Waiters made a few mistakes and the response was disgusting. We never asked for anything to be changed on the bill, but we won't be back. It was a normal group of us that go after the gym and we all agree. Hope it gets better.

$35 for burnt fajitas. Disappointed. Whoever made this plate knew better than serving this. The shrimp were literally like chewing burnt rubber. I pulled out a portion just so you could see up close how burnt and overcooked it was and yes there is a burnt shrimp in the picture. We eat here frequently-at least once a week, sometimes twice due to busy schedules and not wanting to eat fast food. I’ve never been wowed, it’s just mediocre. And after tonight, we won’t be back. The location in downtown Benson is always good-go there if you can choose between the locations.

We have been to Fiesta Mexicana many times and on several occasions picked up an order to go. This restaurant seems to walk on the edge with meals. Sometimes they are awesome and you couldn't ask for better. Other times they are just average. I would say if you're taking someone from out of town not to go to this restaurant because you are not sure what you're going to get. The ambience is average at best.

The food was good. Restaurant was quiet full. The host was not very friendly, I guess she was a bit overwhelmed because of how busy the restaurant was. The problem was that my husband ordered no rice and beans on the burrito, and they put rice and beans. Also, the chips were a bit burned. That is why I rated 4 stars.

Much improved, the girl at the door was having a bad day, but everything after that was an A++, food came out hot and delicious, service was excellent, my fault for not getting his name.
