Got a cheeseburger in drive through was ask to pull up food cam out burger was cold. Backed up asked them give me a hot one and they did but it was terrible. Got home after eating half of it and now sick and throwing up.

Ordered fish sandwich in drive thru. It took 13 minutes for them to hand it to me in my car. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait that long in a Drive-Thru to get a sandwich. Won't go back.Hardee's11959 hwy 210 Benson nc

Went through the drive thru and were quickly served our drinks. Sat for a minute and then asked to pull forward where we received our bags very quickly (although I hate to pull forward). Get home, give out the food and am missing a chicken sandwich. Call the store and tell them I am already home, “you can come back with the receipt and I will give you the sandwich “. I live 7 miles away, I’m not going to drive back and the manager would not do a refund over the phone so I would still have to go back. Very frustrating, every Hardee’s in this area is so difficult to deal with and the service fails somewhere during the entire experience.

I just went through drive thru and its 7:55pm. The drive thru menu was black,and we saw workers inside, they saw us, even went to drive thru window, they would not acknowledge us. I guess they were done for the

Food was excellent, atmosphere was excellent, store was clean. Customer service was terrible. No acknowledgement at entry of the store. Drive thru was busy but lobby was not. I waited at the counter (without acknowledgment) for a couple of minutes before I asked if anyone was working up front. I guess I offended the shift manager, she questioned my aggravation but took my order and after I paid turned and walked away. I had to ask if my transaction went thru. She said yes and she would bring my food. I told her I would wait. What’s happening to customer service these days? Welcome to Hardee’s with a smile, we’ll be right it’s you…would have been great!
Drive thru person, handling money and filling tater tot orders, with no gloves. Person making sandwiches using same gloves to run register and go back making sandwiches, never changed gloves. Trash laying in lobby area floor.
