Stopped in to get a quick bite, wanted to use a coupon for a burger, and things went downhill from there. From adding extra items to my order, then overcharging me for my meal. The manager had to come over to help this person who was lost, and then she started to get rude and short. No customer service to be found here! Manager needs to be retrained on how to talk to people. Drink machine area was a mess, no napkins, soda all over counter. Was ready to walk out and eat somewhere else.

It's a shame that employees are unable to refund items that are missing from your order after leaving the restaurant. This restaurant stole $3 from me by neglecting an item in my order and refusing to refund the menu item. They actually asked me to return to the store!Get the order right the first time or enable employees to refund missing items. Whoever responds to this should know I already spoke with management and left a message for a corporate number that was not returned.

I went through drive through this morning & an employee proceeded to grab my hash brown out of a bag with her bare hands to place it in another bag. She was rude, but the manager on duty was great & gave me a new bag of food for the inconvenience.
Food cold gives leaking coffee cup and even forgets give you coffee with order. Also you have to check your food bag to make sure order is correct.

The bathroom had no toilet paper, I told staff they did nothing about it. There was soda spilled by the door that never got mopped up. They had no straws, no ketchup, the diet coke either was all syrup or all carbonation. It seemed to me they had no one in leadership there to point these people in the right direction. I hope they get it together.
