It was take out so I don't know about the atmosphere but the food was great. We got a Dave's single, large fries and a large coke with very little ice. Other fast food places usually fill their soft drinks full of ice. Thanks Wendy's for a terrific meal.

This particular Wendy's I went to was SLAMMED during lunch. The young lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY respectful, and the other staff were working together as well to get everyone's orders out in a timely manner. They did an AMAZING job!! PLEASE give them this message

I've never understood we stood why this location is so horrible! I always try to give it multiple chances, but it lets me down every single time! It's always slow even when there are barely any customers. I once waited over 45 minutes in the store in a line of 3 people. You will sit in the drive thru line forever to get to the speaker, and when you finally do, you have to wait about 5+ minutes for someone to say something. The customer service is awful! They are not friendly, especially when the order is wrong. I have personally worked at Wendy's and know it's not the best job in the world, but come on! I would be embarrassed to say that I owned this place! They could make so much money if they actually would put some effort into it. I'm surprised it is still in business. The owner has to be hemorrhaging money to keep this place running.

I think it was the manager who was pedantic, she took advantage of the fact that I didn't understand her English very much and that we were hungry, she charged me too much and put things on the bill that I didn't ask for.

If this is the one off 95 in selma their bugers are always good and fresh. One time i called up there just to tell the person who made my burger thank you!!

You'd assume after not having any kind of fruits for the kids to eat as their sides, they'd actually get the rest of the order right, after being moved up to the waiting part of the drive thru because they needed time, as if they had any customers inside or out, we were the only ones, I get home we had the burgers, but they didn't even get the burgers right, none of what I asked for. Pretty pissed paying 15+ for food that's not right. Not even wasting my time going back to deal with the terrible attitude buddy had that was running drive thru. If you don't wanna work then go home hope and stop screwing up peoples orders.

They charged me for something completely different than what I ordered. The girl knew she did, and didn't give me my receipt on purpose. Still ate the food cause it was something I would eat. Food was fresh and tasted good. Just disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered.
