Ordered our food online, paid for it and when it was time to come pick it up we get here and they haven't even made it!!!! Apparently they didn't check their online orders and so on top of waiting 30 minutes here we are waiting a hour for our food to be made and please tell me why it should take a damn hour when we ordered online a hour ago!!!!! We will absolutely NOT be coming back. It should NOT take someone a hour and 30 minutes to get their damn food!!!!! Especially when they ordered online to begin with!!!!!! ???

Stopped @7pm on Saturday night.Tried the drive-through, backed up 3 cars.Wife gone inside STILL took too long for just 4 customers inside.Piece meal, all dark meat with biscuit, fries and cold slaw...only thing NOT over cooked were ths slaw.Chicken was dark brown, obviously over cooked, they still sold it as is. Fries in same cobdition and so was the biscuit.ONLY item good enough was the cold slaw.I'll never go back to this store.

Very interesting location. The food was really good but quite unhealthy. I loved their lemonade and enjoyed the french fries but the amiancr was just not there. The employees were helpful and did their job accordingly but the seats and environment felt unsafe. I was not specifically hoping for this food location but I am not going to be going back alone ever. There were people inside asking for money and others that were very unfriendly. Not the establishment’s fault, just the environment.

This restaurant has been completely knocked down and redone. It is clean and has clean restrooms. The drive thru is terrible. I’m not sure why at dinner time you don’t drop extra chicken. We waited 45 minutes for one order after the drive thru attendant said 15 minutes. Then to add more frustration, our order was not correct and had to go inside. Dine at own risk and check order before going home.
Worst place to eat.. the employees are just mad because they are doing their job and fighting in front of customers.. and it took forever to get our food.

DO NOT EAT HERE. My family has gotten both salmonella and food poisoning from the Beulaville location. I'm extremely saddened that this location seems to not care about not only the customer service they provide or the safety of the food they give people. They always get the order wrong and are very rude. The only nice person in there was the younger guy. We didn't notice the food was contaminated until my husband bit into a tender and found it RAW. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of quality at this location. Every other one I've been to has been fantastic.
