I don't know what is going on with the service, but someone has to step in. The girl is the front was all by herself trying to help everyone while one is in the back and the other girl is outside with her friends.

Subway has much healthier sandwiches than most other fast food restaurants. This location is located on the outskirts of Beulaville and is easy to miss unless you are traveling on Hwy 24 towards Kenansville. Used a coupon and got 2 footlong subs for $12.99, a great deal! Like many other businesses now, when you are rung up at the register, an option comes up that gives customers the option of including a tip. At this Subway and some other locations that I have visited, all the tips are divided among the employees working at that shift unlike some businesses that only part of the tips go to employees and the remainder goes to the business.

Waited 5 mins upfront lady looked at me kept walking. Only has wheat bread then she weighed the chicken and put exactly 8 little strips in there then to top it off half of their veggies were out. Do yourself a favor go to the next city with subway this one just isn’t it.

They recently cancelled my online order shortly after it was placed and didn't refund my money for 3 days. Avoid ordering here if you can.

When asked how long ago, they state 45 minutes to an hour.They don't want to restock what they are out of, tea, meats, saucesOne night, they had a door locked, leaving 1 door for entering and exiting.Violation of state and federal fire laws.They claimed the lock was broken. And stated that the manager didn't care.Kids today don't realize the consequences of these things.

Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches, chips and a coke. Got to the pickup window and they were out of onions which is understandable, that’s fine. Worker comes to the window again and said there was a mix up with the sandwiches and she will remake them, she apologized and gave us an extra bag of chips. The only thing right when we got home was the coke and chips, didn’t even have cheese on one of the sandwiches and completely different veggies than what was ordered on both, so they clearly didn’t remake them.
