Their food has always been great. It can get super busy and the ladies have a tough time keeping up with everyone's detailed orders so cut them a little slack ? overall a great place.

Check your to go orders! There has been a couple of times where I've placed an order for pick up just to get home and realize my extras I paid for were never added. I didn't complain I just thought I will remind them to make sure it's added when I call. Well that seems to not work either. Just now, checking my food to go and once again, charged but no extras. Then the nerve to have an attitude because I asked for what I paid for. Ridiculous! I will never order from here again.

This is the best mexican restaurant i've ever been to. The horchata was made from scratch as well as the salsa. Both tasted excellent! The kitchen was backed up a tad bit but the food was definitely worth the 20 minute wait. I got the birria tacos and the meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. 10/10 will come again.

Well this one really didn't meet expectations. The horchata was powdered and not the original which is a huge disappointment. I ordered a steak burrito and the steak wasn't even seasoned. The Tacos were not to par. The only thing that was good was the chips I got.

We decided to stop here based on raving reviews that this place was great but it was actually terrible. I lived in San Diego for many years and my cousins are Mexican so I know what Mexican food should taste like and this is not it !! For starters we were given chips and salsa which is nice however the chips were stale and the salsa was completely bland like it was just canned tomato sauce poured into a small bowl. That did not compare to our meals which were awful. My best friend ordered red enchiladas which where very small with the tortillas the size of street tacos and the enchilada sauce appeared to have been brushed on the tortillas for color and no cheese at all on top. I have never seen enchiladas like these before in my life. The rice was good and the beans seemed to be canned and mashed not having that slowcooked, homemade flavor we'd expect They did not taste like they were very seasoned at all. My meal was awful. I ordered a chili relleno which inexplicably was not a fresh chili but a seemingly canned one and filled with the same wet shredded chicken as my taco and a little cheese. It was not batter fried as most chili rellenos are. It was very disappointing and strange tasting When I first ordered, I asked for a carne asada taco however the nice server returned from the kitchen with a premade taco which was placed on the table and informed me that the tacos that came with the combo meal are either the shredded chicken or the carne asada. and which one would I like? I said I take the shredded chicken and she pointed to the premade taco she already placed on the table. Very weird. What if I chose the carne asada instead? Very awkward. The shredded chicken was okay at best and not very flavorful. The last part of my combo was the tamale which inexplicably was a tamale cut in half. Again with the okay shredded chicken but the masa was excellent. Someone knows how to make a great tamale. Too bad I only got half of one. Well I hope they improve things. As for us we won't be back anytime soon.
