Rolled into Waffle House freezing our bottoms off after doing some winter camping on New Year's Eve. Although looking like a mix of dirt and camp smoke, we were warmly received. Kimberly, our server, was phenomenal! So kind, attentive and expedient. The food was banging. The most pleasant WH experience I have ever had. Thanks again to the staff of the Biscoe WH. You ladies rock!.

The worst service I have ever received. Waitress was very rude started off with writing down my order and got not a single thing correct. I ended up having to reorder to get what I wanted while the rest of my party ate. She had a very very poor attitude constantly being rude and disruptive and disrespectful to her coworkers including flipping off a coworker in front of customers. I got very little to zero service during our meal instead I got to watch her eat pie in front of me and play on her phone instead of doing her job in any aspect. I will never ever go there again if she was wearing her name tag or introduced herself I would be doing more.
