“As a long-time bread and pizza maker at home, I picked this restaurant based on pictures of the pizza crust—beautiful open crumb that looked like it would be crisp and chewy without being dense. I was not disappointed! Excellent pizza. Tuscan salad was the perfect complement. Loved watching the pizza being made, too.“
“This was SO good! Delivered right to our campsite, and our delivery person was super nice! Didn't get the extra ranches we paid for, but not a huge deal. They did follow every request, though! The chocolate chip pizza was DELICIOUS!!! We will most definitely be ordering from here again.“
“Been going to the Pizza Machine for years ... the Pizza Machine is truly a "hidden" treasure from the street that has been known really only by locals because it is a parked school bus with a few wooden picnic tables that is in the parking lot behind the old "Natural Food Store" on Black Mountain Ave in downtown Black Mo The owner converted an old school bus into an original "Food Bus" equipped with two (2) large pizza ovens, a side flat grill and a large prep area where he daily makes his hand made dough, tosses and layers his freshly cut veggies, meats and cheeses and pitches them into his oven. He also has stuffed pizzas and has movies being shown during the summer months on an outdoor screen. His pizza pies are just the right proportions of dough to ingredients that's very close to NY thin crust style and is moderately priced. He has a 40"*special which I have not seen but from what I understand is very popular amongst the college students. *Pizza sizes include 12", 14," 16", 18", 20" and their 40" special Pizza Machine contest size Service is great and in the summers, I would highly recommend that you call ahead as his closing hours will vary based on when he runs out of his daily handmade dough and he'll close earlier than his 5-9 posted hours Highly recommend and will continue to frequent the "Mystery Machine Pizza Bus" as my daughter calls it cuz it reminded her of the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine minibus/van when she was younger.“

We were hesitant to order from here because the reviewers were off... but we had a great experience & great customer service. Loved the pizza. It wasn't greasy. We also got the garlic knots which I loved. We also got the Philly cheese which I didn't try, but it was a beefy sandwich! Would order again.“
“Always call in takes about 10 minutes to get a pizza. Or you can walk in. You can get all the toppings you want and double toppings the thin crust is the best and they do an excellent job there. I definitely would try $10 for a pizza with everything that you want on it. It's the same price one topping or 10“
“Their Greek chicken salad is amazing and always super fresh. The dressing is the best too! My kids love to eat here too. Steak and cheese subs and spaghetti and meatballs don't disappoint!! They even bring it out to your car for takeout which is awesome!!“

“We came here for dinner. We sat on the patio since we had our dog and they were kind to seat us, even though it was chilly and there was no one else on the patio. Service was friendly and quick. I ordered a stromboli which was fine but not cooked all the way through. They were very accommodating and fixed the issue right away. Still our favorite pizza spot in BM.“
