“I typically walk in this particular Chick fil A because of the long lines at the drive thru. Even when I have gone through the drive thru they were pretty efficient in getting me in and out of the line. When weather permits, a nice young employee will stand outside and come to your car window and you place your order with them. This day, I decided to walk in. I walked right up to the front of the line and placed my order. The lady was nice and greeted me well. I stepped to side and waited for my order. I did have to wait a bit longer than normal for my food. Two different employees asked me if I needed anything. I guess me standing there for so long, got them curious lol. The restaurant is clean and it always has a good number of customers eating in there. My order was given to me correctly and I proceeded to leave. Recently they did some construction and changed the direction in which the cars drive. I didn't realize this until I was leaving and drove on the incorrect lane. I will try not to let that happen again.“

“Getting ice cream is, which is almost never, when you do the mcflurrys are 4 bucks yet they only give you maybe at most a half of a small cup with some toppings sprinkled on the top. No frappe's and food is thrown together. I got a big Mac and it had 2pcs of shredded lettuce and looked like dirt in the bun. Definitely disappointed!“
“This is disgusting. Like, I've not seen any employees with gloves on. The person at the window NEVER gets all my food order right. I'm always missing food and to top it all off, the chicken nuggets my kid was eating were slimy and undercooked. ??♀️ the person at the window with the triangle tattoo by the side of their neck/ear was picking at their skin and back then proceeded to handle food and drinks without washing hands or wearing gloves. ?♀️ I have stopped going to this one and go to just the taco bell in Shelby because of that.“
“Had an issue with my order and the general manager Jeremy did everything in his power to make it right, he took what would have made me turn away from his business and turned me into a constant repeat customer with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location and I hope Checkers Corporate is paying Jeremy enough to keep him because he is a gem.“
“This place looks like nothing special, a little run down even, but it looked like there was some home cooked food inside, so we decided to give it a try. We were waited on by a hard working kid who I'm guessing was about 10 or 11 years old. My son and I both loved our food. I got a gyro, and my son got chicken tenders with homemade ranch. He said the ranch was really good. He didn't even realize it was homemade at the time. The tzatziki sauce in the gyro was also super fresh and delicious. The fries were shoestring with seasoning sprinkled on. I would pick this place over all the fast food chains any day.“
“There food is delicious and the subs and there specialty saude they put on is terrific. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your orders are correct. Even if you do door dash I've called in and added another sandwich and just had them ring up for the additional sandwich and extra pickles. No problem and they are so nice in there. If you've never had a Firehouse Sub stop at the one in Shelby..in the summer they even have tables you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. You would never know this is my favorite sub shop around by reading my review HumVegetarian options: Vegetarian Subs and salad's“
“The pizza from this location is always made properly even though we admittedly order pizzas with modifications like light sauce and extra or added and removed toppings. The delivery times can be a bit long but they seem to be well staffed with plenty of drivers so this is usually limited to the busiest times and days of the week. The drivers are always polite during the brief interactions I have with them when they drop our order off.Parking: This is a small location so they don't have or need a lot of parking spaces. When I order pizzas to be picked up I've never had an issue finding a parking spot.“
