We are new in town and I went to this McDonalds drive up for first time. It might be the last. I ordered 4 plain hamburgers, 2 original crispy chicken sandwiches, a double cheeseburger and a medium order of fries. The first red flag was a second person came over the mic and asked for my order. Second red flag, immediately overtaking the second person was the first person. Third red flag, the first person says, “What was it you wanted, 4 plain hamburgers? Anything else? So, I repeated my order. Shame on me, I didn’t check my bag before driving off. When I got home there was no double cheeseburger AND, the chicken sandwiches were PLAIN. It’s a shame we can’t trust the kids working in fast food to take pride in their work. They seem to be more interested in yucking it up than getting orders right and providing good customer service.

Getting ice cream is, which is almost never, when you do the mcflurrys are 4 bucks yet they only give you maybe at most a half of a small cup with some toppings sprinkled on the top. No frappe's and food is thrown together. I got a big Mac and it had 2pcs of shredded lettuce and looked like dirt in the bun. Definitely disappointed!
