Every burger lately (past year or so) has been horrible. Cold, dry, old... The last one had a bun that I think was left out of the wrapper for about a week and it was as hard as a hockey puck. I gave them 4 visits to get it right but I hated throwing the food away once I got to my destination. Won't go there any more unless I know it's under new management.

The person whom waited on us in the drive-thru was very disrespectful and would not allow me to complete my order without interrupting every other word “Is that all?” “Is that all?”. HighlyUnprofessional. Received my order and the ENTIRE order was wrong even though it was rang up correctly. I went inside to dispute that food being wrong and asked for her name, she said “I don’t have to give you my damn name”, another employee obliged and stated her name was Kimberly. I will not ever be returning to this Hardees location again.

Every time I come to the restaurant, I am greeted with a nonchalant attitude. Portions are always small and when I ask for sugar at the window, the guy rode his eyes like it was a problem. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I only come to this Hardee’s because it is close, but today was my last time.

Went thru the drive thru yesterday and got THE WORST chicken biscuit! I've seen chicken jerky dog treats not as dry as that thing. Hash browns were cold and hard, of course.. was barely edible and put half of it in the trash. Employees were rude. I knew I should have just gone to Speedway for tornados ?
