Oh my, this place should not exist anymore, close it down, open something else.Last night I went at 6:30pm, I get out to go in doors are locked, the employee was outside working on his car, so I go to drive thru, I sat for 20, with only one car ahead of me. Across the street McDonalds has probably 40 ppl in their driveway, and it’s moving fast.With that said, this is no longer fast food, it’s more of a hangout for recovering addicts in the area, they will help eachother but not the guests that pay their bills. This place is an eye sore, overall it’s a horrible place to go

Just left here and not happy! There was a short native American lady with long hair and glasses at the register. She was extremely rude! It wasn't busy at all at lunchtime and i can see why. She was slamming our cups down like she was mad that we were even there. She was rude about being out of onion rings. She wanted to charge me for a zesty sauce. I have never had to buy a zesty sauce at any BK. I should be able to get 1 of any sauce I want with my fries for free. And after spending $30, she shouldn't have tried to charge me for 1 sauce. I'll never come back here again. I'll go to Arby's or McDonalds across the street.Get better and nicer employees and you will have more customers.

There is no excuse for the Frozen icee machine to be broken for over a year. Any piece of restaurant equipment can go down but when something is allowed to remain broken and the district manager or whoever the franchisee is is doing an abysmal job of managing their stores if they allow pieces of equipment to just sit in the restaurants unrepared and broken. Increasingly customers are using mobile apps to place orders only to arrive at the pickup window in here employees tell me that it has actually been over a year since that piece of equipment stopped working.

UPDATE: I am changing my rating to 1 star. This is the second time I have come here with my little granddaughter and the dining room is closed. The food here is never great, but we used to get a meal and use the indoor playground. They advertise on the door, that they are open 6am-11pm. It’s currently 10:45am, and it’s really sad that I brought my grandchild here again, only to have her cry with disappointment. Never again. ☹️Nice place for little ones to play safely and get a bite to eat!

Paid $13 for a meal that somehow didn't come with a drink. Waited 30 mins for one sandwich. Food was cold, had to wait for it to be remade. Was just hoping for something quick but I won't make that mistake again.

How is this place still open. Absolutely everything sucked. Customer service, food and all. I felt like I was punished for making them do their job. My food wasn’t edible when I finally got it.
