My buddy Harmon Dixon recently purchased a pizza from this establishment. He rather enjoyed this. I would say that the sauce was a bit too red, Harmon stated that if it were more black in color he would be happier but other than that an enjoyable pizza. It definitely compares to the pizza served on the carnival freedom

I love me an old fashioned Pizza Hut! The food is always amazing, hot and fresh even down to the salad bar. The service is almost always good, except at times when is super busy, but what can you expect when it's packed, and this place gets packed sometimes. This time in particular was alright, we got there like 30 min. Before closing and honestly I didn't expect there to be much, but it was good, and the salad bar was still up and fresh so that was a plus. Our service was decent, the only thing I didn't like was we had to get our own boxes and go up to the register to pay when it was super slow, but other than that our drinks stayed full and our food was hot and yummy... Definitely will go back ?

In town visiting my Mom and decided to check out this Pizza Hut where you can dine in. Hands down the best customer service I have witnessed in 4 years. It was late on a Saturday night with only 4 total employees working and every single one was outstanding not just to us but to every single person who came in for dine in, pickup, a door dash employee, and calls received. The level of genuine, friendly interaction and them all working hard at the same time was something I have not seen since the pandemic made every one tend to forget what true customer service looks like. Kudos to each of them and to whomever hired them. I don’t know their names but employees working the late shift on 2/24/24 are truly outstanding! Oh and the food was great too! ? Ticket was only $16 but left $100 for them to split for my true appreciation of what a great job they are doing.

Placed an order to pick up, told me it would be 15 minutes, got my name and phone number. Got there said nobody by my name placed an order, bullcrap. Did not even asked if I still wanted to wait. I will never do business with this place again. I was told how bad it has went down hill, it definitely has
We went with a group of 17. The staff was not expecting us and still handled our group with minor hiccups. We had great food and left full and happy.

Was told my one large three topping would be ready in 25 to 30 min. I arrived 30 minutes later to find out my pizza hadn't even been started and I had 5 orders in front of me , magicaly , then they said it may be about 45 minutes !!! And obviously I'm not gonna sit there and make hungry kids wait longer . Just trying to enjoy vacation, If you want to see how a real pizza hut operates properly go to Lafayette TN !!! Hands down the best pizza hut period.. thanks for sucking Bryson City pizza hut

Forty minutes after eating there became extremely sick to my stomach. Husband and I had different drinks. I had the ice tea. We ordered one pizza and both had ice in our drinks but he had Pepsi. So either the tea was bad or the container for the tea was contaminated. Surrounding tables not clear of plates and trash very dirty looking. Will not be going back.

May be the best Pizza Hut left on the East coast. That dough was extra exceptional and took me back to memories of a Pizza Hut from yesteryears past. Thank you for our late night dining experience. It was absolutely terrific. If in Bryson again, we will revisit.
