(Can't eat pork, due to allergies) Good thing it's close to the hospital, because I'll probably be heading that way soon if my tongue swells anymore, SMH. This happens all the time at this location. It doesn't matter what you order, they will find a way to mess it up. I was refunded my money, but the manager appeared to be upset with me because of my request. At this point, I'm never going back there...

Horrible. Manager was rude and seemed to have no experience in food service management. Our food, which was two separate orders of almost $30 each, was barely warm and the buns were soggy. Even the fries seemed as though they sat under a heat lamp that was barely warm. Horrible, if I have no choice but to eat from Arby's on Huffman Mill Rd again I just will be skipping that meal because it definitely wasn't worth the money spent and the the service was the last straw.

Truly the sweetest employees here! If I ask for my food fresh (extremely rare in fast food nowadays) they do it happily. While you’re waiting for food, they don’t mind offering you a small drink. So thoughtful! Everyone has manners, they don’t speak over you while placing your order and don’t rush you while you look over the menu. Just know your superior customer service truly made my day and hope there’s others that get to experience your kindness.

You get what you pay for, or at least that's what I thought saw your commercial for your 2 for 6 deal. Tried it. It was reasonable. Tried your fried cheese bites for 3.99. I got 4! So, 1 dollar each??!! Really??!! Needless to say it was a gamechanger. Food was reasonable, but better food value anywhere else.
