I wish I could give the service a 0 stars. This restaurant continuously is horrible. There is always a huge wait even with no other people your still waiting. The shake machine is always broke down and it's really not, they just don't want to get it dirty. Lazy, rude and poor service explains this one. I would recommend anywhere else over this place.

I'm giving them 3 stars because they truly need more employees. You cannot run a fast food restaurant with bare minimum employees. And of course when they get backed up in drive thru, they start rushing to get the food ready and it's not up to par. We usually visit between 3 and 6.

Soooo I Doordashed tonight for my family which was $50+ order. The food was cold AND they forgot one of my onion rings with my Jr Whopper meal. I was not happy.

Ordered a whopper meal with onion rings yet I was handed a whopper meal with fries. Lady rolled her eyes at me when I asked to change them. I ordered a “large” meal. The lady thru a small order of onion rings in a paper bag and said here. I just took them. I went back and ordered 2 chicken wraps. I got them and the chicken was so chewy I all but needed a knife to cut them. They were cooked thru but dam, they were almost like chewing a gummy worm. Just pitiful.

My daughter had the Shroom n' Swiss Melt with their new cheesy tots (pictured). They don't have the Rodeo King anymore so I just had the traditional rodeo burgers and fries.Atmosphere rating explanation: While this location is clean it is freezing in the dining area. I understand that it's fast food so they probably keep it cold to keep people from staying for long periods of time but I like to eat in comfort. I shouldn't have to take my food to go or rush to eat because of the temperature inside. I notified management and they weren't too helpful. They stated that they have no control over the temperature. ??‍♀️

OMG! So I may be the one person who was totally shocked about this experience, however speaking as someone who's traveled all over the country, BK is regularly changing their franchise linked customer experience. The food itself seems consistently good throughout and was certainly up to par at this location. However, the shocking part is the new level of cleanliness and customer service/attitude and it seems that both their brand image and cost to customer (@ both this location and seemingly a few others lately) are really impressive. Fantastic experience throughout. Great job BK team!

How in the hell did this restaurant receive a 96.5 when there is black mold on the ceiling!!!?Any customer that sits at the back of the restaurant. Look up and see that there is black dots on the ceiling. That is black mold and can make you very sick!Never eating here again!

The New young man running the drive thru is not pleasant. He does the job but is slow and doesn't acknowledge you when you are waiting for over 30 minutes to place your order. Even after saying "Hello". I thought that maybe they were understaffed this morning but when I finally got to the window they were fully staffed. I don't understand why it took him so long to take 6 cars order? He needs more training I believe like acknowledging someone else is waiting in the other drive thru lane and at least saying good morning. This is the first time that I've ever had a bad experience at this BK. And, I hope that it is the last!!!!!

Okay truth they messed up my order...I wasn't gonna complain and just decided to pick off the tomato ? and pickles ?...but then realized they didn't even give me the 2nd burger on a Double....um yep Now I gotta go in.They apologized for the mix up..Fair Enough! They were quick to fix the mix up and offered new ? but I didn't want more I wanted correct.Maybe next time I'll score them higher.

As a dasher I was mistreated by the staff for using drive-thru to pick up my customers order after stating at the speaker why I couldn't come inside the store to pick it up. Previous orders I've had no problems picking up through the drive-thru. Today they deliberately didn't answer the window for nearly 5 mins when I pulled up & then when they did answer the window it was a very unpleasant interaction with the older woman. She withheld back my customers order for an additional 3-5 mins until she felt like giving it to me. They were badmouthing me amongst themselves & laughing & pointing at my customers order. I had to explain all of this to my customer why their order took so long. I will no longer dash for this location for the sake of my customers getting their orders in a timely manner. This was all unnecessary & mean.
