Employees need to ask the their customers what size meal they would instead of assuming what size they want. I went through drive-thru and Kim did not ask me what size i wanted and just put down a small meal.I didn’t circle around to try and fix it because I don’t want to make a fuss at such a late hour, but for future reference….that should be something that needs to be fixed.

Went back to try again same thing happened the person at the drive thru wasn't very nice again got the order the person handed quick and said here you go with a mean look never smile and got the 3 order and they were all wrong only got 2 orders didn't go back got very upset and they said the soda machine wasn't working definitely not going back to that place again this is the last time at thus Burger King in Alamance Crossing on Tiki Ln rather have no STARS at this restaurant Went to another Burger King got the order right and those people are very nice but still not going back this is the very last timeWent through the drive thru the person wasn't very nice very very rude tried to tell the person what we want kept on erupting while ordering and they mess up the order and the food was very coldtried to go again the dine in was close never going back to to this place againtried one more time this is it no more going back went through the drive thru order bacon kingthey didn't put bacon or cheese on the burger was plain nothing on it they just gave me a hamburger with a bun and I called the place 4 times no answer

My husband likes the Double Whopper and I like the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The biggest problem I have with Burger King is the wait time from ordering to receiving your food. I really dislike being lied to about the reason it is taking so long for my order and I quote'"We are cooking your Chicken fresh, that is what is taking so long."When I finally received my order both sandwiches were stone cold. If you like cold, overpriced food then by all means go to Burger King.

Employees appear to not be running cash transactions through the register so they can steal the money. It was obvious the guy was making change in his head as he really struggled to get the change right out of the $20.01 that I handed him. I waited almost 30 minuets today in the drive through to get my food. The guy would not take my order until I said hello at the speaker and noticed he done everyone else the same way so you just sit there forever waiting for them to ask for your order. The drive trough was backed up into the street! When I got to the window I saw 3 people working none of which had name tags. There were 2 black guys and one white guy. One of the black guys had a beard and appeared that he was supposed to be in the back making the food. The other black guy was running the drive through and was just standing around doing nothing but texting on his phone and actually took a phone call at one point all while I waited at the window. None of them seemed to be working very hard but I guess maybe the white guy who seemed to be mostly working the front counter was doing a tad more than the other 2, he is who ultimately handed me my food which was cold. I had the fish sandwich combo with a coke. I did not get a receipt after I paid or when I got my food. The sandwich was cold and the bread was very tough. I threw most of it away as it was almost unfit to eat. I am not looking for a coupon, simply letting yall know that you have serious problems at this store and they need to get fixed ASAP or this location will be out of business.

Just like we remembered burger King. Had to wait like 15 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead but the food was great.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. On multiple occasions. Almost every employee has an attitude all over their face. They take forever on food even if you’re the only one. This used to be the only place I ate.

Went this am at 7:15 and they wasn't open says open at 6am there was a man standing outside in cold saying he was only one that showed up

Went to pick up food doors locked at 6:45 pm then had to wait in long drive thru line when food was supposed to be ready never come back again been here before and doors were locked at 8pm so went somewhere else shouldn't give option to pick up inside if doors are locked and hours on doors say lobby is open

I was served raw meat! I ordered an impossible whopper, this was meat that wasn't cooked! I wouldn't recommend eating at this disgusting place. I had to call environmental health.

It's like a maze just getting into the drive thru. Once you F-I-N-A-L-L-Y get the cashier, you're told to wait. Be prepared to wait about 10 minutes for them to take your order. Then, wait another 15 for them to prepare your order. After all of that waiting at this "fast" food establishment, be ready to pay more money for extra sauces. The Smithfields across the street was faster and the food was much better.

My wife and I were traveling the Burlington late and ate there before closing. Food was fresh and hot. The window service was excellent. My wife and I parked outside the restaurant to eat and found our car would not start. After closing, a kind lady who was closing up asked if we need assistance and she went above and beyond to jump start our car. Thank you so much! So 5 stars all around!
