“My wife and I were traveling the Burlington late and ate there before closing. Food was fresh and hot. The window service was excellent. My wife and I parked outside the restaurant to eat and found our car would not start. After closing, a kind lady who was closing up asked if we need assistance and she went above and beyond to jump start our car. Thank you so much! So 5 stars all around!“

So I may be the one person who was totally shocked about this experience, however speaking as someone who's traveled all over the country, BK is regularly changing their franchise linked customer experience. The food itself seems consistently good throughout and was certainly up to par at this location. However, the shocking part is the new level of cleanliness and customer service/attitude and it seems that both their brand image and cost to customer (@ both this location and seemingly a few others lately) are really impressive. Fantastic experience throughout. Great job BK team!“
