They have raised their prices almost double in the last year. everything is an extra charge and some items are a really high extra charge if they are a poular item. it is a perfect buisness example of pure greed.

I visited this location for lunch and was charged extra for rice, corn salsa, and sour cream. I don’t mind being charged extra but if I’m given a regular serving amount and your not actually giving me extra then what am I paying for? And for one of the employees to say “She wanted extra so that’s what she is getting charged for” is extremely rude and uncalled for when I never even addressed the employee about being charge extra in the first place. This location needs to get it together.

The food is fine. But why does everyone who works here act like they friggin hate each other??? It's been this way for years, even with different staff. They all speak to each other with venom on their tongue. They all seem miserable to be there. The RBF is REAL and must be a requirement to work there. I mean, Who doesn't love a good cup of tea but, MAN, it's a very uncomfortable environment. Oh, and my to-go meal was taken by someone else and it took well over 20mins for my replacement to be made. It was apparently not a top priority. I don't mind waiting (not a Karen), and the whole reason I did to-go is because of the awkward environment inside, but dayum Daniel! Horrible customer service. Super uncool. ?? Would not even recommend this branch to my douchey ex as punishment. Michael Scott needs to come work his magic or SOMETHING.

Rushing.Food did not appear to be super fresh.Background music was really loud. It's hard to hear .Prices were a little too high for extra meat when it was the same amount as the portion that goes into the dish.
